I've been to two locations, Decatur and Piedmont. Decatur staff was friendly and I had a decent experience. Both locations or franchise itself look for ways to charge you out out pocket. I don't see where they are for the patient/customer. $100 per tooth/filling for a child??? No way. Not to mention I was only scheduled to see a doctor without a cleaning at the Piedmont location. What a waste of time. Who visits the dentist just for X-rays and no cleaning??? Looking for another facility to do business. read more

i should to research more about this practice and read reviews. my husband recommended this practice that he used for years. A dental hygienist took 17 X-rays as a first time patient, recommended to me to buy the same product that my husband has, when a doctor came and told me the same diagnosis as my husband has , offered the same treatment and mouth wash . it make me laugh inside . After this a doctor said that I have only one option : Deep cleaning IF a busy dental hygienist has time for me!!! i feel sorry for a nice reception person, she was extremely nice . deep cleaning cost out of pocket $560 , a doctor declined to discuss with me again my opinion and then I told she refused to give ok to set up an appointment for regular cleaning that covered my insurance. i said that i the patient and I have my own choice .... in this practice is only the doctor choice. read more

The Dr and dental staff are great, but the back office experience is terrible. Expect to pay out of pocket even if your insurance covers the reason for your visit. I almost felt like I had been the target of a scam after my last visit. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

Meeting with her was impromptu and random. She immediately embraced me! Our meeting ended with a big hug. I instantly knew she was going to be my favorite dentist ever. My first appointment was a comprehensive consultation. You'll spend a couple of hours there taking pictures, X-rays, and chatting with her and the hygienist. I loved how thorough everything was and really appreciate them taking the time to listen to my concerns and coming up with a game plan to get my the very best smile possible. I also had a painless deep cleaning with Deb who is the best hygienist! She's so personable and knows her stuff. My second appointment was with Dr Estep. I got those nasty mercury fillings out and it's was absolutely painless. I was able to catch up on Mad Men on Netflix. She utilizes all of the latest technology to make everything easy, fast and efficient. Overall, if you're looking for someone to give you exceptional service, laser focus on your health and wellness before anything else and can give you the smile you have always wanted, then go here. For starters, my son had an accident and busted his mouth on a tile floor. We went in and they were supposed to send him an antibiotic in. It took 1 week for them to call it in for him after multiple calls to the office. Which made it to where he wasn't able to get his teeth done on the date of his appointment. I spoke with the call center they made his appointment. I speak with then today and they changed his appointment again and didn't notify me at all. It's absolutely ridiculous. When you seriously think your trying to get help and have to remind the dentist to call in an antibiotic as well as call and them give you another date when you take off for the initial appointment they stated at first & it be a completely different date it's absolutely unexceptional. She makes you feel right at home and her knowledge gives you the confidence that you are in the right hands. Katie Dean is fantastic. She is helping me with my Invisalign treatment and I can't express enough how graceful, professional and kind she is. Bedside manner is beyond words! The facilities are bonkers!! I had the best experience ever today with Intown Smile Studio. I have a serious phobia of dentists and they did everything to make me feel at ease. I did not feel any pain what so ever- probably got around 5 numbing shots and didn't feel anything. They offer nitrous oxide and prescribe Xanax for extra anxious patients. I was tucked in with a blanket and neck pillow with lavender essential oils and felt super safe and comfortable. I will be recommending them to everyone!!!! Side note- they also offer Botox for teeth grinding and forehead lines. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Estep and staff for about a year now. They are lovely people who are gracious, kind and helpful. Yesterday around 4pm I took a nasty fall on a scooter and chipped my tooth. These miracle workers fit me in and did an incredible job repairing it. It actually looks better than before I chipped it. I honestly can't recommend them more. My hygienist Lacey is an AMAZING coach.. knowing when to ask questions and LISTEN before recommending the precise tests and services that would appeal to me personally and based upon my history and experience! I'm not sure where to begin. Let's start with the office. Omg it's so pretty and doesn't feel like your typical intimidating dentist office. It's more like a spa setting. I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. The decor is beautiful and it's extremely clean, which is a must for me. I love love love the team! They are so friendly and non judgmental. They mapped out an entire plan for my healthiest possible smile. The technology Dr.Estep's office has is outstanding, there were honestly things that I didn't even know existed. This is truly a place that cares about you and your mouth. I call them the mouth saviors. It didn't hurt and most importantly they are all about working from your mouth health to your body health. They don't use mercury fillings or anything else that has a negative effect on your teeth. Everyone is so nice and truly works on your mouth like you are their only patient. I never felt rushed, I never waited to be seen, I never felt like the work was mediocre, and they give you great at home tips/treats to care for your smile. I love them, as long as I'm in Atlanta this will forever be my only dentist office. I wish more people knew about them, this is truly a hidden gem.
