Appears that they don't have hygienist resulting in the cancellations. My wife had complained about a sensitivity issue and an issue with food getting caught in a filled root canal. They didn't address the problems. She finally contacted a different dentist where they found small cracks and an issue with the root canal filling. Now she has appointments to fix these issues that they neglected. I now must find a new dentist.

I've visited my fair share of dental offices. Dr. Phuoc Tran's West Chester Family Dentistry office…read moreblow everyone else out of the water. Firstly, the building is owned by Dr. Tran himself. Thus, the entire area is kept clean and pristine. The waiting room has a giant aquarium which takes up about half of the wall. It's a salt water tank with many fishes that'll remind you of Finding Nemo! (His kids had a hand in picking these out). Also, there's plenty of refreshments available to you on arrival. My personal favorite is to monopolize the keurig machine and snag a mocha flavored k-cup. The receptionists here are warm and happy. Always energetic, they seem genuinely interested in engaging in conversation. The dental hygienists are equally as fun, making a dreaded visit to the dentist not so bad. The chairs and TV themselves are new and up-to-date. I could easily fall asleep in one of those things while staring at the tv directly above me. Quite pleasant. Dr. Tran is amazing. He's very approachable and amiable. He's always engaged in his patients and is getting life updates. Note: if you want to get him riled up, challenge him to a table tennis match!

Clean, current and friendly. Unfortunately "going to the Dentist" is never followed up with, "and I can't wait" or "is so much fun". But the staff at Dr. Flannery's office really makes the difference. His Dental Practice has expanded and he is now one of two Dentists within his office. I've been fortunate to have a few different Hygienists and can't say enough good things about Jenny. She's so nice and always so thorough. I've had a number of things done over the years. Cleanings, fillings, root canals and extractions. Always a good experience, considering the situation that is. Dr. Flannery also has a number of recommendations for other services such as Oral Surgeons and/or Orthodontists for additional services that he may not perform. I've fortunately/unfortunately used some of his recommendations as well and was pleased with the outcome. Look - it's hard to write a review on a visit to the Dentist. But if you think about it, it's what you put into it, really. Your visits to the Dentist are going to be a result of how well you take care of your teeth or how poorly you take care of them. Aside from that, yes, things will happen. I've been very happy seeing Pat and his Team for all of my Dental needs. Whether a planned visit or a last minute urgent visit, they've always been able to help and get me in quickly. Would I go back? Twice a year, at a minimum, absolutely. And you should too!!! Take care of your teeth and Dr. Flannery will take care of the rest! I'd add pictures of my teeth and mouth but that would just be weird. I also don't want to take pictures of the office, since it is a medial office with other patients, privacy, potential witness protection program participants and other teeth kinds of things.

He told her he doesn't know how anyone could clean her teeth because her mouth is so small. they should of never touched her if her mouth was to small. Its all about money. She has cried and cried over it. She is terrified of dentists and they told her before she had it done they would take good care of her and said they could do her implants and clearly they couldnt. Then Crume brought up a different material to use on her and she ask to tell them what it was or give her information on it and he refused to tell her what it was. If that isn't shady I don't know what is. Plus they have made her implants feel a lot of pressure on them and she told them and they acting like they didn't know what she was talking about like they were trying to bend them and she told them again and they said it was was because the switched the screws on them. She told them they were hurting her. I think they are trying to make them fail. They are ass holes. Please don't go there. From what she says she hardly never sees anyone in the waiting room but they always say they are booked. It took my friend a long time to decide to do this because of her fear of dentists. They make her look worse then before she got hers done. it isn't her fought they don't measure and center her teeth right. They are suppose to know how do do this or just can any dentist do this. Maybe there should be a law against this.
