We've been visiting Dentistry 4 Kids for years, starting when my daughter was very young. We initially went to a different location, but since switching here, we've had nothing but positive experiences. The dentists and staff are incredibly patient and always make sure to explain every procedure in detail to both me and my daughter. When she was a toddler, she was curious about everything, asking questions about each tool and device. Each doctor took the time to answer and reassure her, which meant a lot to us. Now that she's 11 and has braces, we're often going between the orthodontics and dental teams, and both have been amazing. I especially appreciate the little touches this office provides, like having TVs in both the waiting and treatment areas. Once, when my daughter was the first patient of the day, they even asked her what show she wanted to watch and played her favorite, Gravity Falls. It made her feel so comfortable and at ease, which is exactly what you want as a parent. This is truly one of the best dental offices for kids. Pushy on general anesthesia I chose the least invasive procedure male dentist stated that if my child moves he will not proceed mind this my child did great did not move and only proceeded to fill 2 cavities. Stated I needed to come back for the other 2. Meaning I have to pay once again for laughing gas. It's a business only trying to bring in more money. read more

We love this office. My 6 year old daughter has a fear of the dentist to where it's hard for them to do a cleaning and can rarely get dental X-rays. We found Dentistry 4 kids after being told she needed some dental work done under anesthesia. The staff and dentist are amazing. They are so patient with her. Her and little sister had check up last month and she didn't even fight us nor the staff to get her X-rays and cleaning done. Took her back today for a sealant and the dental assistant was so patient with her and made sure to explain everything step by step to her to help her feel calm! She's actually excited to go to the dentist now! read more

The staff at the front desk is rude and not properly trained. My child had her appointment at 2pm they made me jump through hoops to get her to have a basic x ray and cleaning. The place is very clean and nice but the gals at the front desk could use additional training. I took time off work to bring my child in for a basic exam and cleaning and one hour later is when she was taken back after they had already put me through the most I had to call my child's primary care doctor to get them to go through her medical chart to attain one document from 6 years ago. The gal who did the cleaning was very sweet and professional. If I could give her a review I would give her 5 stars. read more

I've been coming here (previous locations included) with all three of my sons. My oldest is now 23 going to pharmacy school and my youngest is 16 and still coming here. I can't express how lucky I am I found such an amazing dental practice. It's so clean and extremely kid friendly. They even have kid movies playing overhead while your child gets dental work done. We love Dr Fielat! I think of him like family. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the dental assistance , managing staff are always so professional and kind. I'm sad that in a couple years, my youngest son will be too old to continue coming here. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

Very clean and most of the staff was nice. I was getting my wisom teeth removed and everything was supposed to be good to go and then they had us in this room with about 6 other people telling us we had to pay for a required bone graft. I did have that kind of money at the miment and i asked for other options and they said there was no other one. Waited to be let in for about an hour. Even thoughti got there 15 mins early. Left 2 hours later with nothing done. So I left and later called to make an appointment for a later done once I had the money. People on the phone told me I was not required. So I went in next appointment and the lady that was asking for the money again. We said we werent paying and she got upset and was very rude. Told me a bunch of things that was going to happen since I was not getting the bone graft. Basically just scared me right before I was going in. She was basically mad she didnt get her commission. Very clean place but rude front office. read more

Horrible experience. The female dentist was very rude to my 2 year old. My daughter sat there perfectly still, didn't cry, didn't whine, just let her do the exam. She moved her tongue once and touched the tool and the dentist rudely said "don't touch my stuff". Then my daughter needed a break from having her mouth wide open so she closed it and the dentist again rudely said "don't bite my finger". Definitely do not recommend this place. During the teeth brushing my daughter was perfectly fine but when the dentist asked if we can do X-rays the hygienist said "no because she barely let me brush her teeth". Like what? Then they want to put her under general anesthesia to do the procedure. I called another office they stated they always try the laughing gas first. My son actually goes to the Eastvale dentistry4kids location and they are extremely nice. The only nice person was an older lady I'm not sure her position but she gave my daughter a balloon. read more

This place tried lying to me about what my insurance was going to cover for my children to get work done. I have IEHP and they told me multiple times that crowns were not covered under my insurance and I'd have to pay upwards of 400$ for each crown and in no way were they going to put white crowns they wanted to put silver crowns on my child's front 4 teeth ARE U ACTUALLY KIDDING ME. I found another place in La Habra called center for pediatric dentistry here's the number (562) 266-1636 i didn't pay a dime out of pocket at the La Habra location and they put white crowns they were Soo nice and took very well care of my children. Do not waste your time on this place. They are rude and will try to rip you off. What a bunch of liars. read more

The assistants and the front desk staff are good. We had an issue with the female dentist. She was rude and placed blame to child. My daughter was crying due to the block being left in for so long after the doctor left to take care of another patient. Unprofessional towards her team in front of patients. All this added stress to an already stressful situation. Switched facilities immediately. read more
