We had the best experience at Teeth 4 Kids! We were referred to Dr. Ashley and Dr. Hung and brought two kids, ages 4 and 6, for their dental checkups, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the entire team. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, patient, and welcoming -- they immediately made my girls feel comfortable and even excited to be at the dentist! Dr. Ashley was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain everything. The younger sister was treated by Dr. Hung. She had a small cavity and I was amazed at how calm and relaxed she stayed the whole time thanks to how professional and reassuring the doctor and staff were. The dental assistants was equally amazing -- cheerful, patient, and so skilled at working with little ones. The office itself is bright, clean, and so kid-friendly, with fun decorations and little touches that make it feel like a special adventure instead of a doctor visit. My daughters left smiling, showing off their "sparkly clean" teeth and new toothbrushes, and they've already asked when they can go back! Our oldest daughter had multiple cavities and we attempted laughing gas but it did not work out and we ended up completing the other cavities under sedation. This process is a little daunting but the staff are so reassuring and accommodating. It ended up being an excellent experience. In need of a pediatric dentist? Look no further! My son is 15 months and has a few teeth so we decided to take him here upon a referral from my sister. The staff was super sweet even from the beginning. I like how they check your insurance coverage before even booking the first appt so it's very transparent what you have to pay and all that fun stuff. I called on a Tuesday and was able to get an appointment as soon as Saturday! Came with my hubby and baby boy and they were so sweet and caring to my son. The paperwork was easy and the place itself is like a kid wonderland. After checking my sons teeth, the doctor put fluoride in his mouth and answered all, 100 questions I have about taking care of my kids teeth as a first time mom. The doctor was so sweet and patient with me and answered all my questions, then even sent us home with some teeth wipes, toothbrush and let my son pick a cute toy!! This dental office is exceptionally professional. I am so glad I was referred to come here from my friend Lilian. 10/10! A little back story, I have gone to 3 different dental offices for my 2 kids because of dental insurance changes from Cigna to Anthem and out-of- network insurance changes. We did not like our most recent dental office in Fullerton because they were not upfront about the cost of treatment and their rates for cleanings, X-rays, cavities, comprehensive exams and everything were DOUBLE compared to every other dental office. Elevate Kids Dental also mixed up both my daughter profiles, appointments, and dental diagnoses so we asked for copies of our xray and made the switch to Teeth4 kids. The best decision! We set our first comprehensive exams here in September and October 8, 2025 to confirm treatment and cavities. My daughters lovethe office! Everyone is loves their jobs and kids. We got a break-down and estimate that is extremely clear and fair. Dr. Ashley is great with kids and the exams are straightforward. The secretary Estella is an angel. Super helpful and always answers my inquiries or questions. I had to call her a couple times as I had to forward all my X-rays for both the kids here. I also had to call and confirm we could still do another comprehensive exam + X-rays for each child and basically start a consultation from scratch. Everything from contacting Teeth4kids has been wonderful. They are willing to help or get answers. If they say they will get back to you they will. Their office is well-managed and efficient. Emily the office manager is a gem and super helpful. We have 3-4 different friends who go here. We will be referring more :)! Very thankful they are willing to work with us since we had to switch dentists more than halfway through the year and start from scratch with each kids exams and some redo X-rays. I work in healthcare myself, I can tell when a dental office or facility cares about their patients. This establishment is definitely a kind, compassionate, and professional office. The office's check-in routine includes having all their kids wash their hands before getting their exam or treatment. This is so important to keep all the germs away during cold season. I really appreciated this hygienic procedure. The kids loved the climbing play zone and the prize at the end. My youngest had her cavity filled with Dr. Hung on Oct 10. Dr. Hung did amazing! Especially given my daughter small mouth. My 6 year old will have a visit in November with Dr. Ashley and Dr. Hung. This is an amazing kids dental office! It was recommended to us by a school mom, and even though it's a bit of a drive, it is absolutely worth it every time. The facility is bright, clean, and welcoming. They have friendly staff at the front desk, there's a play area and kids can pick their own movie to watch during treatment, my daughter was instantly at ease. She needed quite a bit of dental work, so we were there multiple times a month. She saw different dentists and every single one was fantastic. They were gentle, patient, and made her feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Last but not least, I love that everything is open and parents can stay with their child during treatment. This is such a blessing, especially because our previous children's dental office did not allow me in, which really tainted my daughter's experience and made her never want to go back. It was the first dentist appointment for both our little girls (2&4) and it is as just the best! It started off with making the appointment, talking to the schedule coordinator about how to prepare, insurance, forms and etc. they spent a lot of time onboarding us as new patients before we even set foot in the office. They are on the third floor, once you walk in it's like a kids toyland. We waited about 4 minutes and they went straight to servicing our girls. Shout out to Jared who handled my 2yo, with such a fun welcoming vibe she wasn't scared and did the entire cleaning, which x-rays! Alessia helped with my oldest 4 yo, she was patient with taking X-rays and cleaning her teeth..I think what I appreciated the most was her demonstrating what she was going to do, then asking her if it was okay to do it, the consent from a toddler really goes a long long way! Dr Ashley wrapped up both appointments and was such a kind dentist. My 2yo was so fond of her and she made both the girls feel so comfortable. UPDATED review after another 5 years with teeth4 kids! Our family has been here with Dr. Ashley and her team for about a decade now, since my son was a little over 1. My son is now 10 yo, and my two daughters 7yo & 2yo. All three kids have been coming every 6 months and each time we have a pleasant visit to the dentist. Dr. Ashley is very professional and caring and so are her fellow doctors and staff. You can tell her staff are all treated well by Dr. Ashley because most of the staff have been here for about a decade too. It means not only patients and treated well, so are her team. We've been through x-rays, consultations, and treatments throughout the years. All the procedures are professionally done and explained to us each visit by Dr. Ashley. She's the best! First off, front office staff are so rude and not professional. The Hispanic lady was especially unprofessional. I felt that she was basically accusing me of lying, and kept saying that the procedure that I wanted is not an option. The Chinese lady was also not professional, she was almost borderline yelling at my child because my child went to grab the restroom key for me, telling them that the restroom key is not a toy. So instead of asking what they were doing with the key, the Chinese lady just jumped the gun and started yelling at my child. She also didn't apologize to my child. The dental assistants were all very polite, professional and courteous. Smiles all around and seems genuinely friendly to my child. The dentist on the other hand doesn't explain well. She will not slow down and listen to your child when they have a complaint because she thinks she is right. The whole point of us going to a pediatric dentist is because it's supposed to be caring and kid friendly. They won't slow down or stop working to hear what my child has to say and kept continuing working as if my child's opinion and feelings were invalid and unimportant. I don't understand how she can ignoring the pain and discomfort my child was feeling and kept brushing it off. Lastly, this establishment kept pushing for my child to get their cavities filled. When I went to get a second opinion they just told me to keep an eye on it and brush that place better. So why were they being so pushy about getting it filled? Unfortunately this establishment is only trying to get your insurance money and not really care for your kids teeth. I'd skip this place and find another dentist that takes your child's emotional, mental and physical well being seriously. Please don't get tempted by their beautiful playground and their pretend professionalism and caring attitude. Not to mention for all the times I've been there, I haven't seen a single time when they climb in there to disinfect it. read more

I've been bringing my kids to this dentist for 5 years, and they absolutely love it! There's a climbing wall, mini arcade, toys, and books in the waiting area. I like it because the facility is clean, the staff is helpful, and the dentists are knowledgeable. One drawback, however, is that the kids are placed in front of a movie screen just before consultation time with the dentist. So when the dentist asks questions about which tooth is hurting or how they are brushing, she doesn't have their undivided attention and simply gets one word responses. (Heck, I would probably do the same if you interrupted me during Finding Nemo!) It's a great dental office, but I recommend requesting to have the kids' screen off until the dentist consultation portion is complete. read more

My son has been going to this location for the past 6 years. Everyone is sweet & so helpful. At 4 years old my son broke his molar & I didn't realized it, until it got infected. He needed a baby root canal. It's not performed like the adults because it's a baby tooth. He was placed under & was out in 20 minutes. He's a brave kid so he didn't cry before nor after. We couldn't be in the same room while they were doing the procedure but we were right next to the room. Friendly staff, super quick service, and state of the art equipment. Beginning to end took less than 45 minutes, no wait at all, speedy yet friendly and professional. Each chair has a TV on top to keep the child entertained. Any wait time = fun time. They also get a little prize at the end. Took my son for his first appointment. We coincidentally caught his dentist (we didn't know she would be seeing him) in the elevator up and she was so sweet. The receptionists in the front were super helpful and kind. The appointment itself was quick and easy and the dentist gave us instructions on what to anticipate and what to do with his teeth for now. It's literally like a playground in here, as they have toy kitchens, arcade games, blocks, giant stuffed animals and all kinds of toys to play with while you wait! The entire office has transparent windows, which is really nice because it feels so much more spacious and less claustrophobic than your traditional walled-off dentistry. It's evident they really know how to cater to kids, as they have super comfortable chairs, whimsical decor everywhere and modern TVs overhead with age-appropriate movies playing. They were playing "Finding Dory" when we visited, so you know they stay up to date with the latest and greatest kid movies! Dr. Ashley is really friendly, sweet and helpful. She patiently answered all of our questions, was very gentle with my son and impressively managed to take a solid look at his teeth, despite how much he wiggled and whimpered into my shoulder. At the end of our visit, she gave us some samples and led us to the prize corner to pick out a toy. They have all kinds of nifty little toys to choose from, like stickers, bubble blowers, stamps, mini cars and more - definitely a nice way to cap off the experience! Truly an awesome place for children as they meet their dental visit milestones!! We all know most kids are SCARED AS HECK when it comes to white coat people looking into their mouths with gigantic tools and then all the whirring and drilling noises start... Well, Teeth4kids is the exact opposite of that with colorful pastel walls, a "playground" smack dab when you enter complete with a honeycomb crawl space, tons of random toys, a mini kitchen, and much more to go around for every kid. Even their receptionist area is decked out with decor...it even made ME happy! :) We were self pay so the cost was $67 for a dental exam, xrays, and cleaning. My kid was quickly whisked into the cute froggie xray chair and a happy face "armor" placed on top of her. She didn't even flinch when they put those terrible xray squares into her mouth (those are usually uncomfortable). There were SOOO MANY DETAILS she didn't pay attention to the negatives. Next we went to the exam room with mini chairs equiped with mini flat screens playing kid movies..ours was playing the LEGO movie. Again, DETAILS!!!! The window sills had dancing flowers, and on the floor there was a mushroom patch. Cleaning was a cinch...they let her touch the bristles to prep her and allowed her to choose a flavor "vanilla or chocolate". SMART. I was relieved when they found no cavities yet, but recommended continued flossing. When we finished, they let her choose a toy from the freebie bin and she got an awesome grow-a-turtle. I never knew a dental visit could be so easy with such a young child. I wish I had dental offices like this, because then I probably wouldn't have any cavities!! The employees from the front desk, to the assistants, and the dentist herself are wonderful with kids and know how to work with them to decrease their nervousness. Dental care is good. One complaint is that the dental office is advertised for children and have photographs of their play area. I wanted my kids' dental experience to be more than dental care so they would be excited to go. Since I have started coming (mid 2022) they have not opened their play area. I understand that there was a pandemic in 2020....we are now in 2023....I think it's time to re-open or remove the play area. My daughter keeps asking why it's not open. read more

I have met life and they were charging out of pocket like $950 I want to a different dentist and I'm only paying $60 for the exact same device including anesthesia. Shame on you teeth 4 kids .
