First off, brought my daughter here to get her teeth checked out by this dentist for school. They took her off to a room to get her X-rays done. She comes back and doctor tells me "when was the last time you took her to the dentist"? As if I had never taken her. Then explains that she has 6 cavities... keep in mind he never showed me the X-rays. Just told me she needed work. (So I set up the appointments) Long story short I went to another dentist that I go to in LA for a second opinion. They also did her exam, teeth cleaning and X-rays and she had No cavities! Then she also got them checked at her schools mobile dentistry which also did X-rays, no cavities!!! Be very VERY CAUTIOUS About this dentistry's shady business practices. Never bringing my kids here ever again. Glad I never got the work done here for my daughter or else I would have gone to the state dental board. Go somewhere else! read more

Very unprofessional to start off with they did not greet me or open the door to come in to the back rooms. Secondly the male younger man dentist working on my three-year-olds cavities was getting irritated at my son who kept taking out the mouth cushion to keep his mouth open. As this was his first time having a procedure done . thirdly. They gave my son laughing ass and claimed that he wasn't being cooperative and asked me to reschedule. They drilled my son's teeth and did not finish, the procedure i know the insurance will be billed no matter what I am very unsatisfied with their service I won't be going back . In addition they didn't even offer to change the movie as my son wasn't even being distracted by it . I may have IEHP but that doesn't give the right to be treated differently. read more

Service was okay. What was most disturbing is they don't have an elevator. My grandmother is disabled with the custody and responsibility of my younger brother. She struggled very bad trying to go up the stairs with her cane. I also noticed another elderly woman struggling to go up the stairs with her cane as well. This building has been in Moreno Valley for many years. Doesn't make sense why there still is no elevator or at least access to a ramp for the disable. Very discriminating. read more

This is my sons third time coming to this place and the first two times was good but not today. We love this office! I've been bringing my son here for the past year and a half and they're always really great. All of the staff, including the front office, are always incredibly friendly and make the kids feel so comfortable. They have an Xbox in the waiting area, tv and fun mirror for the kids to play with. We're always in and out very quickly and they're thorough with explaining everything. My son ENJOYS going to the dentist! That's all I need. read more

Bad customer service and aren't very helpful. They seem to want to have money first then help even if the orthodontist isn't there and have a very weird contract system that seems like a very cash grab system. They also have a great manager (Cathy) who was able to work with me to get the perfect time slot that worked great with my schedule!!!! Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at this dental place. I had high hopes because the other two reviews were 5 stars. My child has mild autism, and requires anesthesiology to be examined thoroughly. The dentist "Dr. J" was great, very friendly with my child and did his best to make sure he wasn't scared. He gave him a lot of high fives and a lot of stickers and made sure that he was safe when examining him because he kept turning his head away. He was also very informative and provided us with honest answers. We made an appointment prior. But we were only seen almost two hours after our appointment time. We arrived 20 minutes before, and when we attempted to check in at the front desk, no one was there. Being a children's dentistry, they should keep in mind that their patients are children. If I make an appointment at 1:00, my son should have been seen at around 1:00. My main problem is with Cathy, the front desk person in charge of billing. She told me she called Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal and anesthesiology will not be covered under Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal and that we would have to pay $600 out of pocket in order for my child to be treated. Stupidly, we trusted her and was about to set up payments for the $600 in order to secure the appointment. However, my husband decided that he was going to call Medi-Cal/ Denti-Cal himself to verify. Medi-Cal then said that anesthesiology WAS COVERED and that paperwork just had to be submitted regarding the reason for sedation and services that are to be done. Medi-Cal/ Denti-Cal even said that no paperwork was submitted regarding my son's dental issues. My husband then called the Dentistry 4 Kids office to ask Cathy why she told us that it would not be covered. She said, "Oh, I forgot to tell you about that and that the anesthesiologist does not accept Medi-Cal." But why would she tell me that she called Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal and tell me that it just plainly wasn't covered? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. She took advantage of my concern for my son's health and wanted us to pay out of pocket instead of providing options for us. I personally feel that it was dishonest of her to do that. Lesson learned. Do your own research. No matter how trusting a person looks, do not just trust a person's word. It means nothing nowadays. read more

I am sending this email regarding my son's last visit on February 19 at the Moreno Valley office. The doctor/dentist in my opinion was very unprofessional during my son's appointment. I had mentioned on my son's first appointment there that my son had a VERY bad experience with his last dentist and that was the reason why I came into your office. The dentist that saw him for the very first time convinced me I was at the right place to have my son not be scared of going to the dentist because he was the one that will be treating him and he assured me that he will make sure he had a good experience and that I would even be able to be there with him during his treatment. For some reason which your office never gave a reason the dentist that he saw the last 2 times when actual treatment was done was NOT the one that I was told was going to treat him. On his first visit I wasn't allowed to be there like I was told and to my surprise it was a different doctor/dentist. I was ok with it since we were already there and wanted to give him a chance. Almost immediately I was able to tell he was rude when he avoided talking to me aboutbtje treatment and he just asked his assistant the questions i felt I should be answering. Left unhappy the office that day. On his last visit he had a spacer place in his mouth, my son like I mentioned before had a very bad experience with another dentist and phrases while he's whimpering and almost wanting to cry because he was afraid, like "Come on dude do not embarrass yourself in front of your mom, MAN UP!", and "you're too old for this" are not phrases a professional would say. Yes he did good on the first day of treatment but only because he was given the oral sedation and the nitrous oxide that would make him drowsy so he doesn't even remember anything. So when he went in for his spacer he was alert and for him it seemed as a new visit. I will NEVER return to this office and if it is necessary I will report his behavior with the dental board. My son got very upset by his phrases. I had to apologize to my son on behalf of him. read more
