They are kind there. My partner was afraid of going in because of not going to the dentist for awhile and having bad experiences at other dentists. They did not chastise them for lack of maintenance, just said they were there now and that's what's important Partner had a deep cleaning and it turned out well, I'd recommend them. After a lot of dental neglect and anxiousness, i did some research and finally went into Lakeside to set an appt based on the reviews. They were kind over the phone and understanding when I had to reschedule due to a car accident. Then when I went in 30mins early for my appt to stay out of the hot parking lot, they took me in right away and Mayra took over from there. She was patient and gave me all the info I needed to help me feel comfortable and even brought a folded blanket to help with my back when I told her about thr car accident I was in to adjust my seated position. Mayra communicated with me throughout the x-rays and cleaning and answered any questions I had and was extremely gentle and considerate throughout the whole process. This dentist office is all about money I went today for a cleaning and a sensitivity in my teeth When the woman dentist saw me she told I need a deep cleaning and I have one cavity but she said I need crown in that tooth and insurance won't paid when I told her please do the regular cleaning and the cavity that insurance paid because I don't have money for paid she told me that there is credit plans for paid and I told her I don't want anything that the insurance don't pay She walk away and send a reception woman to try to convincing me. In any moment they try to do the regular cleaning and the cavity. This people don't care about patients. read more

Lakeside Dental is very unprofessional. They had the nerve to not serve my daughter because they lied & quoted me wrong for her invisilign cost. They took almost a month to get back to us after my daughter went in for her fitting. They dropped the ball on the amount quoted & told me they can't serve my daughter. I have also heard bad reviews from my neighbors as well. DO NOT go there for treatment. Very unprofessional. :( read more

Been bringing my mom here for years (she's 80) and the staff has always been excellent with her. The office is always clean and the Dr's are always professional and pleasant. Everyone goes that extra mile and will explain to my mom what's going on even sometimes repeating things for her. Then they explain to me any issues and treatment plans. I've had negative experiences at dental offices in the past but not here. The staff is super knowledgeable and nice. Wait times are very short. I normally get seen within 5 minutes after checking in. My family was looking for a new dental office and we found one near our home which was great. When we moved to this area three years ago I used to always look at the front of the building of the Lakeside Dental Group office and it did not look like a place I would want my family to go for our dental needs. As the cliché' goes "You cannot judge a book by its cover." From the first time we walked into that office the front office personnel was very professional, personable, courteous and friendly. When we met Dr. Quan he was the same way. He is a very quiet spoken man but very professional, friendly and courteous. I have been back to see Dr. Quan several times for some minor dental work and each time he has taken the time to fully explain the procedures he was going to do and each step of the procedure and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. My 11 year old daughter had cavities (2) for the first time and they were pretty deep so she would have to get Nova Caine. My daughter if highly afraid of needles but the way in which Dr. Quan and his assistant handled my daughter when she went to have her cavities filled put my daughter at ease and she told me it didn't hurt at all. We all know many people are very afraid of going to the dentist as was my daughter but Dr. Quan and his staff have changed that for her. We are very pleased and happy to have found a dental so close to where we live who we like, can trust and who put all their patients at ease especially while lying in that chair tilted all the way back...LOL. I would highly recommend the Lakeside Dental Group and Dr. Quan for anyone who is looking for a very professional and friendly office. read more

This was the first time at this office after coming from bright dental where I had a terrible experience. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the receptionist and waited about 10 min or less before being called in. Dental assistants were very pleasant and engaged in conversation with me before and during my procedures. Dr. Kwon and Tatiyana did my procedures and I have to say I had no pain! I am giving two stars because I have had a decent, not impressive, experience before. Last week I had an appointment for 11am. I arrived at 11 on the dot and even called ahead to assure them I would be there. When I signed in I was told it would be about 15 minutes as they were currently cleaning a room for my daughter. After 20-25 minutes, I asked if things were ok, I was again assured it would be no more than 10 minutes. Again, I asked later and was told the same thing and a very sweet assistant apologized to me for the continued delay. Long story shorter, after being there for 1:10 I was finally told that they didn't know when my daughter would be seen. I asked to be rescheduled in another two weeks. I believe the people that I spoke with are likely good folks, the customer service was appalling. It was embarrassing as a father to believe that all would be taken care of for my daughter and that I am trusting her health to competent people, and when they aren't able to manage a schedule - it throws everything else into question. I would like to be contacted and understand what went wrong and how this will be avoided in the future, if I decide to continue as a client. read more
