My 4 year old has been a patient of My Dentist & Me for the past few years and each visit we are treated with the upmost care, kindness and professionalism which in itself is enough to keep coming back and spreading the word about this office. Today however, they shined especially bright by assisting us in our hour of need. My daughter had a rough fall at daycare and was in need of help fast- from start to finish the entire team made themselves available and were ready to come to our assistance. Not only was Johana at the front desk reassuring and calm, she was kind enough to fit us in unexpectedly and assured me even when I was unable to locate our updated insurance card at first that we would get everything figured out. I am so grateful for the kindness shown to my daughter (and please forgive me for not catching your name) but the kindest assistant helped calm my daughter down by coloring with her, providing her with a toy and keeping her uplifted and distracted while I spoke with Dr. Kim about options. Even though we were squeezed into the schedule the entire team made us feel welcome, cared for and as a priority. Dr. Kim showed extra care by sharing all of our options and performing a flawless procedure for my little one. I cannot over state how deeply caring this entire team is, truly wonderful people who enjoy what they do, do it well, and excel in working with kids. Anyone can be nice or polite, but the staff at My Dentist and Me are truly thoughtful and compassionate individuals, and that makes the biggest impact! We have had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! Jackie, the dental assistant is incredibly kind, patient, and caring. She always makes my daughter feel comfortable and at ease during her visits. My daughter actually gets excited when she knows Jackie will be assisting the doctor, which says so much about how amazing she is with children. Doctor Min is also wonderful, sweet, professional, and very reassuring. She takes the time to comfort my daughter and make sure she feels safe throughout her appointment. A big thank you also to Rachelle and Kristy at the front desk. They are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we walk in. This place does not need any more good reviews, but I am still going to write one anyways! I LOVE everybody that works here! Every visit I have ever had with my kids has been beyond my expectations! Even when I popped in to have TK registration paper signed off for proof of dental care, it was just a smooth 1 minute transaction. They make little notes in the charts about preferences like for example, I choose to only do X-rays once a year for my kids instead of every 6 months for routine visits. They even know we had a trip to Japan last year because the kids had conversations with their dental hygienists about it! My kids always feel so comfortable when they are at My Dentist & Me. My 4 year old daughter thinks it's a SPA! Also, I want to mention, the dentists are exceptional here, especially Dr. Ha!! They explain everything in depth and are so patient! You will never feel like they are rushing you out ever! You will leave smarter than you came in, more knowledgeable about teeth and dental care! read more

Today, I brought my son in to receiver care for a dental injury. We saw Dr Kim. Who was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and provided great explanations for the course of treatment, future plan and rationale for decision making. We are very grateful to have visited her. I will note, the front staff was also professional, friendly and helpful. I finally found a passionate , caring dentist for my son that has a speech delay , & cognitive delay ! I had the most horrible experience at a different dentist and was really nervous coming into the dentist with my son because he was scared and traumatized from the previous dentist ! My son did amazing everyone was so nice to him talked to him so nicely and genuinely seemed like they cared for my son and that I appreciate so much ! My son did X-rays cleaning and a treatment and did not one time cry or fuss ! All the lady's were so gentle with my son ! The only name I remember is Maddie. Took my Daughter to My Dentist & Me for the very first time today. As soon as I walked in the door, we were greeted which such kindness! The rooms were decorated a different children's book and we were lucky to get the "If you give a mouse a cookie" room! So so cute. The dental assistant was extremely kind and was willing to listen to my concerns and gave me great advice on how to help with my daughter's oral care. When the dentist walked in, she had such an upbeat personality and made my daughter feel very comfortable. She gave me information on how my daughter's teeth looked and some things that she noticed but overall it was a great experience. After the appointment, they let her choose from a treasure box, put a coin in a toy machine for a prize and gave her a balloon! This review is for the NEURODIVERGENT parents searching for a compassionate neuro-affirming safe space for your child to be seen. We feel deeply blessed to have found this place for our sensory oral-aversion child. First, the speed and efficiency with which these individuals give care is unmatched in my experience. They are thorough and calm as they navigate working with my toddler. I didn't get shamed for what my child needs to keep calm (e.g., difficulty with tooth brushing and occupational therapy, lack of flossing, extended bottle use, teeth grinding for deep pressure). The dentist just gave us practical knowledge like avoiding sugary drinks and gummies. She also asked that if she is continuing to use the bottle to try and wipe down her teeth or end with water to flush her mouth. No judgement, no soapbox, just facts. They also talked my daughter through their steps and presumed that she could understand them without violating her autonomy. When they were done, they clapped for her and signed "all done." They're also so fun! They have the child's name written in a greeting on their doors. We were able to choose a preferred screen time within the room that's mounted above the exam chair. When my daughter couldn't find a prize toy after her cleaning, her provider came back with bubble wands and sensory toys that she prefers and is familiar with. At the end she got a balloon, a prize, a toothbrush, toothpaste, kid friendly flossers, and a prize from the crank machine. In a world that doesn't cater or understand our kids, this practice is a safe place that not only affirms their differences it honors who they are individually. I'm truly grateful and would recommend this place to anyone with a neurodivergent little who needs extra care & safety. read more

The assistants were very nice and the dentist came later to double check everything was ok. Very kid friendly environment with cartoons playing on the televisions while receiving care, awards after each visit, and typically very gentle and caring staff from desk to chair. My daughter had a recent visit where the doctor was a little short, but 1) we are all entitled to "off" days, and 2) my daughter was SCREAMING the entire time of her procedure. My kids have been going to this dentist for about 5 years. Dr. Min is so kind and gentle, the staff is also really welcoming and organized. Whenever they find anything of concern they carefully educate us about how to address the problem. I think they have caught and stopped potential cavities in their tracks. Dr. Michelle is the SWEETEST!! We were introduced to this office, after I needed a second opinion for my 9 year old daughter. The office is bright and very KID FRIENDLY. They have all the names of the patients for that day all written on a door. Check in was quick and my daughter was quickly whisked away for treatment. They have TV's bolted to the top of the ceiling so when kids are in the dentist chair, they are entertained. After the treatments, the kids are offered sugar free popsicles and have a selection of TOYS to choose from. All the staff members are friendly and efficient. Will definitely recommend! read more

We were going to another location previously. He had cavities that he needed to get taken care of, however my son had a bad experience at the previous location that he developed horrible anxiety and wouldn't let anyone near him. It was a STRUGGLE to get it done, however with their friendliness, PATIENCE, and through answering his million questions in every single visit we were able to get what he needed done. The dentist was also very thorough at every visit and in everything she was about to do and why it needed to be done. To this day we come in and the dentist reminds him how far he has come. It's easy for both a child and a parent to feel overwhelmed, and we did but thankfully he's on track and even for his braces it was not as bad to get them on. 100000000% recommend this especially for children who don't like the dentist. I've taken my kids twice here so far and have had a good experience both times. The front desk staff is polite, the dentist is patient and kind and so is the rest of the staff.
