Last month I went to a new dentist and he wants to pull my tooth out that Dr Crane did a root canal and a cap on. I've only had this cap for 5 years! I floss and brush daily; shouldn't the cap last a lot longer? New dentist says it was put on incorrectly and the tooth underneath was left decaying and there was no chance in saving it. I signed papers when I went to Dr Crane so I can't even do anything about this (basically) malpractice.

I talked to Justin (the doctor) and he helped me with a specific problem I was having with a front tooth. First they took X-rays to confirm I had no cavities or issues. Then the cleaning, and finally the Zoom of Doom (looks like the war of the worlds weapon that creates the beam). I achieved quite a few shades whiter teeth with two 30 minute sessions. The only issue I had is with the receptionist Danielle. She didn't seem overly enthused about answering questions on the phone. He lights up the room when he walks in.
