The man who caused the damage to my car asked that I obtain three quotes so I took the car to Woods yesterday morning and spoke to Kyle Woods, who wrote an estimate for me. Very likable and professional young man who explained that he and his brother now own the shop after their father retired. I took the three estimates to the gentleman who is paying for the repairs and he gave me cash to cover the repair cost and Woods Collision was the lowest estimate. I contacted Woods only a few hours after having received the repair estimate from Kyle Woods. The person who answered the phone, Trent Woods, told me that his brother was not qualified to give me a quote and that he felt that the quote was too low and asked me to bring the car in for a second look. I told him I had never experienced a repair shop telling me that their initial price was too cheap and that insurance companies always ask for three quotes and then pay the lowest bidder. He argued with me, said that there are always things that come up that drive the price higher. I told him that his business is run pretty poorly when they can't even make a commitment to customers that they will honor. He began talking to his brother who was nearby and called me an asshole, as if I wasn't there. Needless to say, I would not recommend Wood Collision even if they do good repair work. A business that calls their customer asshole is not worthy to continue business and disregard the customer base who pays their bills for them. I plan to notify the Swartz Creek Chamber of Commerce regarding this interaction as well as the Better Business Bureau. People need to know that this business is not worthy of their support.

When I spoke to the employees on multiple different occasions I asked to speak to the owner about any possible solutions since my truck had been there the longest out of anything the employees had seen. He flat out refused. He would not speak to me and he would not offer any customer service to his record holding customer. The employees helped me as much as they could, however the owner shows no ownership to his business or customers. It's unprofessional and frankly just lazy on his part. The employees were good, and the work was good however with the complete disregard the owner shows customers I would avoid this place. He will ignore any problems that arise while you are there and insist his employees do the bare minimum to help you.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Front End! The second I walked through the door I was made…read moreto feel welcome and was greeted by Hunter with a big smile and a very polite "Hi There! What can we do for you?" I knew right then I had come to the right place! After finding out my name, Hunter ALWAYS addressed me by my name ( which made me feel at home) and it got better from there. I explained that I had just had my front tires replaced and told Hunter that I had replaced my lower control arms myself but I asked if they would check my work to see if had I had done the job right? I also explained that I had a bumping noise that I could not find for over a year under the front end. I also need a front end alinement because the new tires and the the new control arms. I was embarrassed to tell Hunter that I had did the work myself, but he ever so politely made me feel better by assuring me that they would take care of everything and told me I was not stupid! A lot of places would have tried to make you feel like you were some kind of moron who should not be any where near a wrench but Hunter was just the opposite! Anyway, they found in 3 minutes (or less) what the bumping noise was under my front end (it was the stabilizer bars on both sides) and told me my control arms were installed correctly which made me puff up with pride, and they performed a front end alignment quickly and correctly and for a great price! It was a Friday before memorial day and they wanted to go home like everyone else, but nicely fit me in (which they didn't have to do) and I was on the road in an hour. I couldn't believe the difference in my Nissan! Before I came to them my front end was bumping, swaying all over they road and it felt like the whole front end was going to scatter all over the highway! When I left, it was just like driving a new car! I was beside my self with appreciation! It was unbelievable the difference! So there are NO worries here and I have found my new best friends at Mr. Front End! Go there! You'll never go anywhere else! Ron Hensley

She didn't tell them she had gotten an estimate from HTech just told them the problem she was having. They found the same problems as H Tech but quoted her $1200 - HALF THE PRICE! So of course she had Mr Front End do the repairs. They were extremely nice, kept her updated on their progress and actually finished it much faster than they had told her it would take. Her car is driving good as new! We were extremely pleased with the work and the customer service. We have taken vehicles here in the past and always been pleased. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.
