We took our Nissan in for repairs after a pickup truck hitch had backed into and wrecked the grill. A week later, I was side swiped on the freeway. To make matters worse, after we got that fixed, someone backed into it and tore off the bumper while it was parked. Oy vey. From the start, Mike was professional, clear, and super easy to talk to. He took the time to thoroughly explain the costs and procedures before, during, and after the repair--so we always knew what was happening and why. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, and even followed up after the jobs were done to make sure everything was good. That kind of communication and care really made a difference. Having never been involved in any auto accidents before, I don't have a price comparison. But we only had to pay our insurance deductibles, so I guess that's a good thing. Still not done. Called on July 13th and he said he would let me know when they got car in to see what it needed, after he told me on June 26th he had ordered all the parts. He was then inconvenienced at my July 13th call and said "I just walked in the door I have customers here" and was super irritated after lying to me 4 times. My car sat there for 3.5 weeks and they never looked at it. I don't mind waiting for good auto work, but don't waste your time at this shop. Dishonest & rude.

We next took our car to Painless Autoworks,. The vehicle was thoroughly checked out and test driven, which took them quite a bit of time. They found nothing wrong with the car, whereas this established tire dealership franchise was trying to charge us thousands of dollars for unneeded work. We later found out that we were not the only ones who experienced high estimates for unnecessary work at this firm. I asked the gentleman at Painless Autoworks how much we owed them for their time. He said we owed "nothing." In a time of bad customer service, dishonesty and greed by some businesses, I feel blessed to have found an auto repair business that I can trust. Thank you Painless Autoworks. You've renewed my faith that there are still honest businesses in the auto repair industry.
