I received them in 2021 and they were still under warranty at the end of it. They have multiple locations and instead of verifying which location that did completed the initial she just said no we would never engrave the dentures with name. She was aggressive in her demeanor and hateful. Suggested contacting officer manager as she was original person who helped me switch locations according to Danielle she said I did not have work done with them either and I was a liar as well. The defamation is unreal! When spoke to the other location he stated all office staff was new and unaware how to look verified that they were covered, and apologized. When returned to pick up the repair she was just as hatefuI and stated she did not care I was there to pick up warranty covered produc. do not recommend having someone so hateful and abrasive working on you!
