Farid was the first to respond (he responded in less than five minutes...he was on top of things!) and sent me the information I needed. I will never use Golden West Shuttle again and I have recommended Golden West shuttle to all my neighbors so now I will let my neighbors and my husband and anyone else who asks just how far downhill Golden West Shuttle has gone.
