He also treated the area where the wasps had been nesting. Dan did not charge for his visit, and told me to call him if the wasps appeared after the weather was sunny and warm again. Once I got a hold of him, we scheduled a date and time. And then I never heard from him again until I received an invoice via email. I would have expected him to let me know he was at the house or at least finished spraying at the house- let me know what he saw and what he did and that it was gone. My tenants just said the nest was gone so I did not follow up. I hire a lot of contractors for my properties and I'm used to some kind of communication or follow up so this was just odd to me. I appreciate the prompt and fair quote, the fact that he did come out, and that he sprayed it.

Meanwhile, our pest problem has continued to get worse. We have rats, ants, and spiders throughout the property, and the existing traps were completely full and had not been serviced. Because there was no response, I had to go to Lowe's and spend over $80 of my own money on sprays, traps, and other pest control supplies. Since then, I have caught eight rats and had to bug-bomb the office due to an ant infestation. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect prompt communication and reliable pest control, especially when there are serious health and safety concerns. I would appreciate an immediate response explaining why my repeated calls and texts have gone unanswered and what steps will be taken to resolve this issue. My calls go unanswered with a full service agreement for pest control for a commercial office building.

I found wasp nests under the ridge line of my roof and between the louvers of my home vents. Crew explained in detail what their service would include, including the removal of said nests and treatment applications. Kobe (the service technician) came to my home within 3 days and further explained the services including nest removal, spraying, and granulation, as well as why follow-up care is crucial. Even though I initially contacted Axiom, I was given the promotional cost normally given at door to door sales. Plus it was a better value in comparison (another company later posted to my inquiry at $649). No high pressure! Thank you Kobe and we'll be seeing you in 6 weeks!

I'm not a fan of having to kill anything (even a fly) so when I saw Eco-Pest control, I was hoping they'd be as humane and environmentally friendly as possible. Even though you really can't be humane or environmentally friendly with pest control. They offered me all of the options for rodents - please, for anyone reading this and for the love of everything good do not use glue traps - what an awful way to die. I only chose the snap traps, as they seemed to be the quickest and again most 'humane' method for getting the job done. Rebecca, my tech, showed up and she was AWESOME!! So knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She did her inspection and found a few ways our little 'friends' were getting into the garage. She plugged up the holes around the perimeter of the house and then set the traps. They do a 3 week follow up (no charge) after the initial inspection and of course we caught 6 little guys. Rebecca came back three weeks later (still no charge), and there was nothing. She's been coming out quarterly ever since, and it's been over a year now--we're totally rodent-free. If you're looking for smart, thoughtful pest control, call Axiom and ask for Rebecca. You'll be super happy (just don't schedule her Wednesday afternoons - that's when she comes to our place haha).
