This entire store should be staffed all over again! There is a manager in there that brags about…read morebeing hung over, vapes in the store, and talks about women in such an inappropriate way. The other manager only targets the women of color by belittling and micromanaging. The lies about the descriptions on the jobs just to get people in there under such horrific work conditions. No one ever want to help you as a customer, and the ones that do are over-worked and used all over the store doing jobs they were not hired for or getting paid to do. There is an employee there that is like 16 years old but has be promoted and is given all the hours. It is obvious that there is favoritism going on in this place of business. Unfair firing and improper hiring is the name of their game and it seems as if they are running the place how they want to with any consequence. Over the winter out pump went out. Since we have live fish that were in hibernation, we needed the pump replaced quickly. I had his cell number from when he refined our streams and called him directly instead of the company he worked for as it was after hours. I left a message and to my surprise he called back with in 5 minutes. Come to find out he went into business for himself, hence Clear Choice Waterscapes. Within a couple days we had a new pump installed and everything was good. Yesterday he came out to our house for a spring cleaning as we we had an algae issue late last fall that compounded all winter. He cleaned our entire pond and put in new under water lights for us. The pond looks brand new! The fish are happy as can be! It's clear to tell which is the before and after pictures.
