I came to this store because it was the closest to where I was working out. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and shown where the 50th cards are. The store is clean and well stocked. Why the 3 stars? Well, upon checking out, the employee was most likely prompted by the register as to how much to take off because of my BOGO Free coupon. I showed her that it explicitly says I can choose any Hallmark card and that the lesser-value was free. She then called over another employee who I assumed was the MOD as she had unlocked the store before opening hours. They both read the T&Cs and the MOD stated that they're usually only valued at $2.99 or $3.99 off, but said that since the coupon didn't explicitly say, they were going to give me $3.99. When I pointed once again that I could choose any card and the lesser would be free, they doubled down and said that the most they give is $3.99. I just don't under why a customer is held to T&Cs but the store is not.

They have a good selection of books and prices reflect the suggested market price. There is plenty of parking out front. I have never had an issue finding parking here. There is also a Starbucks in this location with some seating. The only thing I wish they did better is to have more seating. There isn't that much and what is available seems a bit old and worn down.
