You can find such great deals and specials even if it is only last season's style. The selection of men's and women's wear are usually a good selection, even for us more smaller sizes. I am bummed they stopped caring my favorite from Neutrogena, the sesame oil lotion. Their customer service and staff is impeccable and what you would expect at Nordstrom. This location is set off from the Park Meadows mall but parking can get busy if you want up front parking. My only complaint is the alteration service. The seamstress Nila is incredible and very talented. She's warm and friendly as well as efficient. I have confidence in her sewing skills. However, the pricing is confusing as well as not clearly displayed or explained. We took shirts to be tailored but some were $38 and others $78. It totaled over $600... A bit much for my usual needs. While they offer alterations for non Nordstrom items, the price is just a bit outrageous. Desiree, one of the managers, was kind and understanding in letting us cancel our order and the return process was stress free and quick. Overall, I still feel love for this location, the staff and the cute things I snag on each shopping spree. I'm a kid at heart and an irresponsible adult at the checkout counter here.

I was looking for quirky bookends and a speaker dock. Oddly, there wasn't a single pair of bookends, quirky or otherwise. But I found a Bose speaker dock! Both the remote and the outlet plug were missing. But I am nothing if not persistent. I searched through two boxes of cords and plugs, and found the missing plug. Did not find the remote. It's not an infrequent occurrence that the plugs get separated from the appliance. Sometimes they are even priced, although this plug was not. Someone had deliberately removed it from the dock, which was all taped up, and thrown the cord into the box. Perhaps they intended to grab the speaker later, idk. Things are often cheaper on Saturdays. The employees here are very nice and helpful. The store is clean and organized. And the speaker dock works perfectly! A most successful thrifting stop.

I had to ask for a bag, and she put it out but did not open it and piled all my items on top of the bag. She didn't even try to bag the items while I was paying. By far the nicest and most open-spaced store! The selections were plentiful and fully stocked up. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. Everything was bright, clean, and airy. I can't wait to come back! Daiso always delivers with the snacks and stationary for me personally. So, cheers to a great location!

And housewares. I went around checking out each aisle trying to remember the items I had wanted to get for stocking stuffers and for my own use. The cute 'boba tea' cups which can hang on your bag and contain your pills. The keychain hanger, the socks, the gloves, and on and on. Lots of cute items to gift others. And beauty masks and lip glosses. It was a fun time looking at the Stuffies too. And they're celebrating Hello Kitty's birthday. Fun! Parking in shared lot.

I do like this location better than the rest because there is a larger selection of free people and what not here, but other than that I'm not that impressed with the selection of clothing. Sometimes I can see quality items and snag them for a good price; sometimes I find something I like and I take it out to look at it and then I find out the item has holes or stains or both. Some of the clothing here also seems fairly worn looking and they still are asking a somewhat high price for it (for what it is). I have my car on the rack here getting some new tires installed. While waiting I went next door and…read morepicked up a pair of pants. Then I tried to go in Costco to buy some rice and they would not let me in with my shopping bag - said I had to put it in my car, WHICH IS ON THEIR LIFT! I actually looked at the entrance and saw a sign for no animals but nothing about my own personal property. Meanwhile plenty of women went in with purses, strollers and other assorted shoulder bags. Then , when I repeatedly asked "Why?", even the manager would not tell me the reason. THAT is why I refused to give them any more money. I'm tempted to have the tire shop take the four new tires off and refund that, as well. Except now it looks like they have already tossed my old tires on the burn pile. If it is a real policy, they should 1) have a sign and 2) tell me the reason why. Not "Because ". I trust them not to sell me food with salmonella but they won't trust me with a pair of freaking pants???? The tire guys were great. Edit: FWIW, after I picked up my pants, Old Navy and Nordstrom Rack had NO issues with me shopping in their stores while carrying a bag with pants in it.
