He showed us 4 different styles of the brand we were interested in. We opted for the top of the line but there was no pressure. Beware of USED DIRTY mattresses sold as "on sale" or "clearance." We purchased a twin sized mattress with a 10 year warranty and when we got home we realized it was worn, stained, full of hair, and torn. The service in store was just fine. Our salesman was pleasant and thurough, the issue came to surface when it came to delivery. We were told it would be delivered Monday, then got a call saying they couldn't make it. We both work so Monday was our only day, as I had taken a long Thanksgiving weekend. The gentleman on the phone was condescending about our inability to be there any time they felt they could deliver. I don't feel the need to apologize for having full time jobbs; how do they think people pay for their mattresses and products?? We are extremely disappointed with the service and I fail to see why the consumer would be at the mercy of the seller. I ordered a mattress that needed to be delivered to this location, at which time I planned to pick it up in my truck. I was informed there were two delivery dates, Wednesdays and Fridays and I would receive a call once it arrived. I never did receive a call so when I heard Mattress Firm was having a 50% off sale I decided to see what they had and found a mattress I liked more for a similar price. I ended up purchasing that instead. 3 weeks later I was notified my mattress had arrived by invoice, no call. I asked Denver Mattress to refund me which was super simple. Slow delivery and only notification through invoice was not very impressive, however the return was simple. read more

I had a good experience with the Dacono store. The guys were professional and Kirby took good notes of what I liked. I didn't purchase the bed at the time but was able to call a couple of weeks later and they had written down exactly what I wanted and I just paid over the phone. Easy, no hassle or pressure. I will say the location off of 58th could use better signage so it's a little easier to find where you're supposed to pick something up! read more

It was really easy and quick. Kirby did a great job taking me through options and what was right for me. He helped me narrow the choices down to what I was looking for and he showed me a few other options to see what I liked best. It took a week to get the bed but I was given the two hour window. When the delivery people were on their way to my home, I was told how long it would take them to actually arrive to set things up. The men set the new bed up and took the old bed away and it only took them a few minutes to do that. So, I had good experience with this group. read more

This place is the WORST!!! Don't ever purchase a bed on clearance- after 1 year our durango firm king size mattress has 2 taco spots and a hump in the middle. I called to see if they could do anything for me and they replied with No sorry- thats why you shouldn't buy a bed off of clearance. I feel duped - thieves! read more

We got a tempurpedic mattress from Denver Mattress. Kirby did a good job in giving us information required and we settled with contour supreme. My wife has back problem so we tried the mattress for around 40 days but it didnt help. So we went there to return the mattress but Kirby asked us to try softer one and do a swap instead. I was told that the return policy will be same as buying a new one as i was concerned that full refund date was 4 months and it takes 40-45 days to break in and the time from first purchase was a lil over 2 months. We tried the new mattress for 45 days again but it didnt help with the pain. So I called them to return the mattress and i was told that i cant return it as it is past 4 months from initial purchase date( date of mattress delivered was still within, weird). So the sales person passes me to the manager who asked me if i had a WRITTEN PROOF of what Kirby told me at purchase time which was ridiculous. After sometime he did agree to accept the return after charging me 69$ for the delivery although i was told there wont be any charge or any questions if i decide to return. I just wanted people to be aware of how good they treat people at purchase and how differently they treat later. Make sure to have a written proof of these kind of things to avoid hassle later. read more

I shopped at another location only to have the sales person try to sell me something I was not interested in. After shopping other venues I thought I would give Denver Mattress another try at a this location. Kirby greeted me at the door and was very helpful! He listened to what MY needs were and directed me accordingly. My wife and I tried several mattresses and decided on what we liked the best for our needs. I bought a tempur-ergo bed with a four year financing plan. I had a 790 credit score. A month later after purchasing the bed I get my bill. To quote what was stated on the bill "ARE YOU AWARE YOU'RE OVER YOUR CRIDET LIMIT?" By Denver Matress overselling my credit score dropped 50 points. I made several calls to the Finance Mgr who has yet to return my calls. read more

My husband and I were very excited to purchase a temperpedic from Denver Mattress. Well, our experience could not have been worse. The sales person was very informative and pleasant but everything after they received our money was incredibly horrible. 1st- they delivered the wrong mattress. Unbeknownst to us we gave the bed the 3 months that they ask to try and break it in. Never got a descent nights rest in that time. Come to find out they delivered the wrong mattress. Set up another delivery for the correct mattress. Wouldn't you know it they tried to delivery the exact same mattress that I had, which was wrong! Yet again scheduled to have the correct mattress delivered. Woman who I spoke to states that she found the issue with the coding and fixed it. Apologized and set up another delivery. Here we are today - no text on delivery time so I call the delivery number. Nothing in system for us to receive a mattress. 3 days off of work to receive "the mattress that would change our lives" and still nothing done correctly. Worst experience read more

We have had the WORST experience with Denver Mattress. We buy a split king size bed with ergomotion, spend over $3000 on this thing, and here is the list of things they just couldn't get right. First of all they didn't have two pillows in stock so we had to pick that up from the store on I-25 and 58th Ave. The person there was rude and completely put out that he might actually have to do some work. Delivery day for the bed arrives and they only have ONE mattress with them. So we get to go back to I-25 and 58th to pick it up. The delivery people are blaming the sales team and the sales team is blaming the delivery guys. Talk about a dysfunctional company. There's no team there! My wife has had to switch out pillows because Robert wasn't able to recommend one and that would actually work. And now Robert is saying that we have brought back too many things and he's just going to refund because he's tired of putting things on clearance. How about solving the problem by doing your job right the first time? How about acting as if my wife isn't an inconvenience? How about treating her with respect, Robert? Perhaps if you had done your job correctly the first time we would have had things delivered correctly. Perhaps you should be refunding the gas and time we have wasted because of you. I will NEVER shop at Denver Mattress again and I will NEVER recommend Denver Mattress to another human being. read more
