I walked into America's Mattress and worked with Jeremiah who was so nice and knowledgeable. They only carry the best made brands. They don't sell a store made brand like I bought at another store in Greeley and now need to replace. Jeremiah knows everything about mattresses. He explained all the features without any pressure. He helped me understand how they mattresses are made and let me decide. I was nervous because I can't afford to buy the wrong bed again. I picked a Beautyrest and had confidence that I picked the right one. For comparison, I went back the other store and the salesperson encouraged me to buy the store brand, just like before. The mattress had less than half the coils of the Beautyrest and he said it would stay firm and work well for me. The next day I returned to America's Mattress and bought the Beautyrest. I worked with Joshua who was every bit as knowledgeable as Jeremiah. Both were so helpful and concerned about the long-term pain I've been in. If you need a mattress and especially if you have pain anywhere in your body, you need to check out America's Mattress. You will not be sorry!

Mike, the store manager, was super helpful and friendly when it came to helping us pick out a mattress that fit our budget and needs. We were thinking about returning it for a while because it wasn't quite as comfortable as we expected it to be but eventually decided not to because it was almost paid off and an egg carton topper helps enough. Mike was super helpful when we were thinking about exchanging and even kept the window open for us longer than usual. We're super satisfied with our experience when it comes to Mattress Firm. The reason I didn't write the review until now is because the financing company they work with that doesn't require credit, Progressive Leasing, has been extremely problematic. While Mattress Firm doesn't own Progressive Leasing and they can't control what they do, Mattress Firm does work with them regularly and has a contract with them so I felt like it was important to include. Progressive Leasing has been difficult to work with from the start. We wanted to set up higher payments so we could pay off our account early and initially, they didn't understand what we meant and we had to argue with them about it for a while before it was fixed. We found out about 10 weeks ago, that they were still taking money out of our account after we paid our contract off early. They took roughly $200 from us before we noticed; we weren't looking for that transaction because we were told our contract was paid off. They did refund the money but it took 10 weeks to go through and they're difficult to get a hold of because they close super early even though they're in our time zone. Edit to add: After I posted this review, the refund disappeared from our account, where it had been pending. Unfortunately, we are probably going to have to escalate matters. Again, I understand that Progressive Leasing is not owned or managed by Mattress Firm but they do business together. I highly urge people not to use them.

I don't remember the kid saying this (he probably didn't), but if you don't spend that extra money, you can't return it.
