They were not willing to meet the price of the competitor which was okay but also quoted the sales tax would be for their area (higher then ours) and the quoted delivery charge was $10.00 more then the phone quote I got the previous day. BTW-Home Depot, Lowe's and Best Buy do not charge a delivery charge. Sorry, I will not buy at a store that changes their quoted prices within a day. There are other options.

After some online research, Appliance Factory looked really promising. We were greeted at the door by a salesperson named Cory, who walked us through the store and gave us the highlights of each dishwasher based on our needs. Unfortunately, the brand of dishwasher we wanted was significantly back-ordered due to nationwide supply chain issues (not Appliance Factory's fault); however, Cory helped us find the next best thing and the decision was super easy. We're really satisfied with our fancy new dishwasher and our dishes are so clean! My only complaint is the communication. The microwave we ordered was on backorder, and I was told it would be about two weeks before it came in. I called recently and was told it wouldn't be in until end of December. The supply chain is out of their control, but I would appreciate updates when my order gets pushed back. They also sell amended top soil and mulch by the cubic yard at a good price. I got two cubic yards of soil for my garden and it was $23/yd. Not a bad deal considering the bagged topsoil at Lowes or Home Depot is about $4 per cubic foot. The staff here is also super helpful and they will often come around to see if you need help with anything. One of the ladies recommended a really good Howard Johnson tomato plant food that works very well. I was really surprised to see how many people they have working there! If you need help, it is very easy to find an employee close by. I will definitely be shopping here again next year.
