AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Every step has been an issue and so many lies. We had bought scratch and dent models that were supposed to be new and they delivered a used dishwasher with a broken door. The filter was still dirty! They sent us pictures to approve of where the scratches were and we approved. Low and behold, upon delivery, different appliances were sent. Not the ones we approved. Total bait and switch. Now 5 months in, my stove isn't working...I call GE and they said my manufacturer warranty was up. They had my stove in the warehouse since March 2022 and just sold and delivered it in July. Didn't realize I was also buying a 2.5 yr old appliance. We had said over and over we need the propane conversion kit. Stove was installed and we asked to confirm that it was converted, we were told yes. After many calls, come to find out, the stove was never converted to propane. It could have been total disaster for my family if we had used the stove they hooked up to propane that was NOT compatible. I have called Brand Source twice for service and no one has answered or called me back. How I am supposed to get service for the additional warranty they sol me if no one will even answer the phone. These are just a few of things on our very long list that have been wrong with my purchase there. I wish we had just went with another store. The little bit of money we saved was definitely not worth all this hassle and headaches. read more

Buyer beware! Check Facebook reviews! We are not the only ones with this problem Kacey was a very pleasant and an attentive sales rep. But everything went down hill after we picked up our gas range. We are currently remodeling and left the stove in shipping packaging for a week after we received it. When we took off the shrink wrap on the unit we discovered extensive damage by a fork lift. Obviously done BEFORE it was wrapped as there was no damage to the wrap on the outside. Appliance factory warehouse refuses to do anything about making this right. The manager, Mike says it's not his problem call the factory. The factory says the manager needs to call them. We have spent 3 days so far trying to resolve this being sent from one person to the next with NO ONE willing to do anything. Do not do business with this company!! Do NOT buy anything from this store. I bought a scratch and dent refrigerator with the understanding that it was new. Delivery was 2.5 hours behind schedule and I had a plane to catch. My son accepted delivery. The fridge was plugged in, water line for ice connected, lights on in the fridge. My son reloaded the food from my old fridge and left my house. I returned a week later to an extremely smelly house and an even worse smelling refrigerator. I called to complain and was told that because it was Saturday, there was nothing that the store could do. Call back on Monday. Called on Monday and was told that there was nothing that could be done until a certified tech repairman could examine the fridge. The earliest available appt. was in three days. The repairman examined the fridge and told me that it had been previously owned. Someone had removed the compressor and soldered a new one into the machine. I drove over to the store and asked for a refund of the $1,000 that I had spent for the fridge and for someone to come to my house to remove it. So sorry. Can't refund your money until it's approved at corporate. Someone will be out in a few days to pick it up. I am 74 years old and didn't have an extra $1,000 to buy a new fridge until my money was refunded. The fridge was picked up the following Monday. I was scammed by these people and offered no immediate help. I called the Presidents Hot Line at the company and left two messages. I never heard from them. I was left without a workin refrigerator for 17 days. The extra $100 I saved by shopping for a refrigerator was definitely not worth the savings! This place is a scam for people like me. read more

Excellent Customer Service. We ordered a KitchenAid refrigerator knowing there was a 3 month backlog. AF kept us up to date on Whirlpool's production problems. When the backlog became a year long, AF offered us a Whirlpool refrigerator in stock. While there were a couple of issues during the delivery process, AF Greeley was OUTSTANDING in resolving our concerns. Personable, professional, and honest. What more can you ask! read more

If I could, I would give them a minus 1 star. I purchased a refrigerator from Appliance Factory in 2019 and have had problems with it from the start. I made the mistake of buying a floor model which I discovered had been sitting on their floor for 4 YEARS! Apparently, the LG model has had major problems and there was a class action lawsuit against the manufacturer, but because the refrigerator was 4 years old when we bought it we were too late to file. I have been trying for 13 DAYS FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK TO GET IT SERVICED AGAIN. After each of the 10 calls I'd made, I am assured that someone will call me back and have never received a phone call from them! I would avoid buying anything from this company and not purchasing an extended warranty from them as well. read more

purchased 3 appliances at one time, a stove, refrigerator and dish washer, satisfied with all but the dishwasher which is a piece of junk. It will dry the dishes at all, no matter if you put it on the hottest setting! When I tried to return it...I was told I couldn't...so this company I would never recommend doing busy with...they do not stand by their products. Well never go there again!! We purchased a washer and dryer at Greeley location on May 19 2018. Dryer lasted one month and they replaced it. Washer lasted 2 months so it was out of their 30 day warranty. If you purchase from them, buy the extended warranty. We didn't and got lemons. We just expected the units to last at least a year because of their "thorough inspections". We ended up pulling them both out and junking them. read more

Bought a whole house full of appliances. Plugged in the dryer and no heat. Called the store immediately and was told they would send someone out because we may have hooked it up wrong (it's an electric dryer). Almost a week later a service man came out and said the heating element was bad. It is now almost 2 weeks without a dryer. I have been hanging my clothes on a line outside my brand new home. To date there has been no resolution except we may be able to get the heating element and put it in ourselves. To top it off, we were told that the local store really didn't have to help us once the appliances were delivered to our home. read more

I'd been to all the mattress stores in Greeley that I knew of and found nothing I liked that fit what I needed. The last store on my list I told the guy what I was looking for and he said good luck. I googled stores and mattress kingdom popped up as the only store I hadn't been to. Angry and willing to give it one more shot only because I was sent on a mission, I called and got KC I explained what I was looking for and he explained to me that I wasn't going to find it because they re-engineered mattresses and was very helpful in finding the perfect mattress to fit my husbands needs and my comforts. He was very accommodating and polite and willing to share his knowledge. I will be returning for future appliance and mattress needs. I just hope the delivery and installation goes as well as buying did (: I am very impressed and pleased with the customer service as well as how nice some of the other employees were.
