We were convinced after researching that we really wanted to feel what a latex mattress was really like. We spent 2 hours in the store with awesome help from one of the guys there (sorry can't remember name - started with C maybe). We ended up buying a Wazee Cal. King and they just happened to have one marked down because it had an old cover on it. Marked down substantially. We took it, a new frame, and box spring. It was delivered later in the week. After sleeping on it a few days, there was something odd with it. We felt like we were rolling toward the center and the firmness varied across the mattress, almost like someone had slept only on one side for a while. We went back in the next weekend and talked to the same guy who said that shouldn't be and assured us it was a brand new mattress. I read there are often seams in latex beds that large do get the proper dimensions so he suggested we unzip the cover and see if there are and seams in it. Sure enough, there were not one, but two seams longitudinally. We took some photos, went back to the store, showed him and within 30 second said that wasn't right and they would bring us another mattress, no issue. I emailed the photos to him for documentation and received a call later that night from Sean - the owner. Of course I at first thought he was going to try to reneg on the replacement mattress, but I was wrong. He wanted to come take a closer look at it and feel it himself since he would be out of town when the mattress was to be returned to the warehouse. I had no problem with that and he came to our place, on a Sunday no less, toe check this out. He stated for sure it was wrong and likely from their latex manufacturer trying to eliminate waste. He didn't seem pleased and apologized again for the issue. We got the new mattress and my wife said it is 100% better already. I'm travelling so I'll find out later. Thanks to Sean and his guys for an overall great experience. At the time of buy the trail mattress at the store was only in for 30 days - long story short I called and wanted an exchange for which they kinda agreed but the firm option that I wanted (the actual firm one that stays firm after 60 days ) is additional cost of 1500. First you sell a bad product and then when you call it out you want the customer to pay more for the actual product that I wanted .

We bought a mattress13 months ago from a reputable brand, and it was already miserable to sleep on and the warranty had already expired. We went on Saturday night about 45 minutes before closing time. Jacob was the sales person with whom we worked. I'll say our "sales job" radar was up going into the store, but never once did we feel that he was trying to sell us something we didn't want or upgrade us to a model we didn't need. He went through our lifestyle, how we can adjust the bed according to what we do (lots of physical work vs regular life at a desk job) and other factors that affect our sleep. We walked out thrilled as can be with our buying experience - me even more so because Jacob took a significant amount of time to help me find the right pillow. Our mattress is scheduled for delivery in less than 3 weeks.

I was at the Park Meadows mall yesterday, went to Purple first, then to Sleep Number. One of the…read moresales people in Sleep Number was checking a customer out, and two other sales people were helping customers testing out beds. We tested beds on our own for about 15 minutes. The guy who was at the checkout finished the transaction, and started to head our way, he greeted us, and right at that moment one of the lady sales people, jumped up and came over and told him in front of us, very rudely, that he needed to go help another couple that literally JUST WALKED IN. They weren't in the store for more than three minutes. He tried to tell her we were there first, she interrupted him and told him to go help these other people. It was so rude, I would never buy a bed from this store, and she should be coached on her customer service skills and how she treats the employees she works with. Let alone now losing a customer who was going to spend $5,000 on a mattress but will no go to another store. When this happened I responded and said it's fine we are leaving and walked out. I will NEVER go back. The customer service in Purple were bending over backwards to help me and were extremely friendly. My kids were with me, witnessed the entire thing and they were like mom that was so rude why didnt you say anything, I said I am not going to treat her how she treated us and we just wont buy our mattress here. And maybe this review will help others when they are trying to decide on Park Meadows Sleep Number.

Manager agreed to a $200 refund for the terrible service. It's been three weeks and no refund. Buyer beware - lots of other Sealy mattress sellers around Lone Tree, CO.

If you want to buy something electronic that they don't have in stock…read morethey just go to their "warehouse" which means they go to Best Buy and buy it then mark it up 20%. I had a pre-approval for $2800 through Snap Finance. They give you a credit line from Discover that you can only use at certain stores which is why I went here in the first place. I walk in and start dealing with Troy and things were going great. Then the owner walks over and start asking what I am trying to purchase. We tell him it's a MacBook Pro. He asks how I'm paying and then he asks how much I was approved for. I told him that that was none of his business and that he could just tell me the price of the laptop and I would pay it. The particular MacBook I was getting retails at Best Buy for $1800. This guy asks how I was paying again and I tell him that I didn't want to tell him how much I was approved for because then he would try and mark it up more or try and sell me more stuff. I finally tell him that I'm approved for $2800. This dude looks me in the face and says, "If you want this laptop I need to get $3600. I said, "What are you talking about? It's a $1800 laptop." He starts saying, "yeah but I can't lose money on the deal and that it cost him $1000/day just to open the doors". Here is the best part. He says, "The lowest I can do is $2800". Interesting. The exact amount I told him I was approved for. I went off at this point. I said, "How the hell do you think you can mark something up 100%. ($1800 laptop and he wants to charge $3600) Troy the employee says, "He's not getting financing through us he has an approval and it's just a Discover card we can run like any other credit card." Then the owner start giving me a sob story about how hard it is to stay in business and that he's essentially losing money. I know they markup the devices by about 20% because I've purchased 3 laptops from them. So I was willing to pay about $2160 for the laptop. Finally the owner agreed to $2199. And since it was only a few buck more than I was expecting I agreed. I payed for the laptop and got my receipt and then asked him if he could go get the laptop at the "warehouse". He refused to go get it until I gave him a 5 star review on google and here. The reason they have so many 5 star ratings is that he either holds your device hostage until you give him a review or else he offers you some small trinket to leave the review. I've done business here three times and the other two were fine but stay away from the owner.
