But everything changed when a couple showed us their unit and pointed us toward Blue Compass RV in Wheat Ridge. It turned out to be the absolute best recommendation we've ever received. Darcy, Colin, and Greg treated us like absolute royalty from day one. They worked their tails off--literally losing sleep--to get us into our new Brinkley 4170. In just 72 short hours, they handled unloading and trading in our 2021 Jayco North Point, installed our washer and dryer, loaded up all our options, and had us completely road-ready. That kind of speed, care, and dedication simply doesn't happen anywhere else. We just wrapped up our first road trip, and the fit, finish, quality, and features are pure perfection. I am truly in love with this camper. Darcy, Colin, and Greg didn't just sell us a rig--they restored our faith, brought back our excitement, and saved our love for the open road.

Since my Google review of the incredible staff at Blue Compass RV, in Wheat ridge, following our purchase of a Travel Trailer, we have had multiple occasions to work with Scott and Steve in service for routine and warranty work. The manufacturer has indeed stood behind their product; however, I have to say that Scott has done an exemplar job of making sure that our warranties stay on track, along with the folks in the service bays who have done such great work for us. They have stayed on some tough issues until they're resolved without compromising solutions. That work ethic is brilliant, and rare. As we all know, owning an RV or Travel Trailer can be, at once, wonderful, outdoors-affirming and a test of our patience and sometimes our tolerance for pain. Scott and Steve have made our trailer-owner-lives as smooth as I think could ever be possible. That is unusual for a service department in any industry, but in the RV industry it is saying the most. We, of course, were not sure how the dealership would help us after the sale, but they have shown us time and again that they care and more importantly have a deep empathy for their clients -continuing without exception, and I believe quite naturally. In fact, and I know we are not alone in this, this Service Department has "saved our rears" more than a few times, when -as we all know, warranty schedules don't care much about long-running Camping reservations! When I first met these folks in Service, they seemed dry, hard to get ahold of, and crazy busy. Since then, I have realized that they seemed so because they are always incredibly busy, and that they are actually on "Our" side, if given the chance to work the logistics out. I have found that if I never say it is urgent when it is not and cut them slack when I can, they give what they are able when the chips are down. Sometimes, they just cannot accommodate my horrible schedule, but it is a true pleasure to work with folks like them, not wondering if they really are paying attention to you, when you aren't right in front of them. They really want to help. For example; Scott came out to their parking lot with a "bore scope" to search my vehicle for a ridiculously lost key. Who does such a thing?! He found it, too! I am eternally grateful that I didn't have to push my car and trailer home! He likely would have given me moral support for that, too.... My salient point is that patience and respect are clearly appreciated, and in my experience highly justified, for this Service Department. We were looking for that rare dealership that you could grow with and work with and one that would not lose sight of us as human beings, once they got our sale. After working with them after the sale and never having them treat any issue as trivial, I believe we have found a service department we can trust to work with our needs instead of exclusively around theirs. We thank them and the dealership for their dedication to helping, as customer-centric, even when we all seem a bit dry at times! Kind regards, William K

I got this sewer valve fixed, along with adding sensors to the water tanks. It was $611 but unfortunately it all needed done. The day I got it back, my step was not going in to get into the house part of the RV. I was able to swing back by the next day and apparently the little step magnet fell off. Donnie was quick to not only fix that, but also looked at a leak on the outdoor shower, and replaced a knob that was broken. All of this that no charge since I was in there the day before, getting the other repairs done. He even hooked up a diagnostic machine to see if I have a DEF fluid sensor. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were going to have a safe road trip that day. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain RV Repair! Five stars!
