The dog walkers are very thoroughly vetted (in fact Jess recently fired one of Harper's usual walkers for not adhering to her high standards of practices). Let me summarize the main reasons why you should hire them. 1) They are VERY RESPONSIVE, there's nothing more frustrating than needing to make changes to your walk or book a walk for a last minute weekend and no one is responding. Whitney responds very fast and always does her best to fulfill your needs. She is very professional and has never let me down. 2) Walkers that pay attention and are attentive. I have had about three consistent walkers and they all follow the very specific long and detailed instructions I leave for my pups. Especially Bridget, she is wonderful and so caring with my dogs! 3) Petcheck technology, you can easily schedule/change, track the walk, view the walk report card, and see pictures from the walk. I also leave instructions and building codes on here, it's very easy to use and seems like Whitney checks it very often when you requests new walks. You can also leave notes for the walker that day, this is useful if there are minor changes or if you just need to leave a FYI for your walker. We are so grateful that we can rely on them for our 2 previous cats. We have specific feeding instructions for them and I appreciate that everyone follows as requested. Lastly, she kept my house key for months. I emailed twice to ask for the key back and I didn't get a response to either email. I contacted Jaime and she was very prompt and got it resolved immediately. I love my pet like a family member, which makes me anxious when I have to leave her. If you're a person who doesn't need daily updates while away on vacation, you'd probably be fine with the second sitter. After that experience, I chose to work with a different company.

On February 12th, I had a scheduled 30 minute walk and paid for that, but upon review of my security cameras on our street, in our patio, and at my front door Angela only stayed for a total of 10 minutes from start to finish. I was still charged the full amount even though i didn't receive the full service. I scheduled 2 walks to be fulfilled on February 8th, but due to illnesses, our travel plans changed. I contacted Angela via message in the portal, text message, and canceled my two walks on Feburary 6th, 2025 (more than 48 hours in advance). Angela messaged on February 6th that she would refund the charges for the 8th; however, here we are on February 19th and no refund has been issued. I was also charged more than their fee schedule lists for the walks.

I'm writing this review after having Waggy Little Rascals walk our dogs for nine months, several…read moretimes per week. We have two five year old dogs who need walking while my husband and I are at work. The Waggy Little Rascals team has been excellent with them. They love our dogs with care, send us great photos (such as the ones in this review) and detailed reports, and give our dogs the special care they need if something is wrong (such as one time our dog had a suspicious bowel movement and they sent a photo so we could show the vet, or taking the dogs to a safer spot when an unleashed dog was nearby). This gives us peace of mind as our dogs love squirrels, birds, and can require full attention when walking. Logistically, it's so easy to schedule the walks in the app, and the owner Angela has been so understanding if we've had unexpected changes to our schedule. When they train new walkers, they always do a walk with another walker who knows our dogs and home already, which has led to seamless transitions. Our dogs aren't happy in daycare settings so it's best they do not go to Waggy Camp, their daycare, but I would trust their team without question if that was an option for us. I am so grateful to have found this company. We were worried about returning to an in-office work schedule following the pandemic, but having Waggy Little Rascals has made it an easy transition.

I wanted to tour the facility and see about whether we wanted to use it or not for daycare. You have to send an email and schedule a meeting and greet with your dog I was finally told. But, I didn't even know if I wanted to board my dogs here until I got to look over the place, meet the staff, and assess on my own. The attendant told me that she thought I was there for grooming... And I asked her how she figured that while knowing nothing about me. Also while standing in a stairwell, I called the phone number and no one answered.I understand that the attendants are busy with the dogs... But, you need someone at a desk to greet and talk to visitors and also have a manager around. So, total fail all the way around... And we'll find another daycare facility.

BarkPark West's indoor doggy daycare is spacious and split into two large rooms: one for big dogs and one for small dogs. The employees are well trained and are true dog lovers. (I also heard the the BarkPark owners treat their employees amazingly well!) There is a grooming space in the back of the facility, and a MASSIVE fenced-in yard for the doggos to run around in and get exercise. Every time I send my dog to BarkPark, I receive adorable videos and Instagram stories of my dog playing with all her new doggy friends. BarkPark also offers a dog-walking service, and my daily dog walker is super trustworthy and she adores my pup.
