It was actually a little difficult to even see the menu. The menu was relatively small, but I ended up ordering their Aftermath Burger, which they told me is an award-winning burger. I liked the presentation, with three different sauces and the fries served in a cup. However, the burger was way too salty for my taste, and the bun was too crumbly and kept falling apart. Overall, I had a good experience here, and the waitresses were very friendly and helpful.

It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do. Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do. I had actually tried to do the job myself. I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered. After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone. I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day. They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials. At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked. I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results. A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much. Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

They were honest, upfront, and transparent from day one. They took the time to review every budget, selection, and step of the process with us, making sure we understood everything along the way. PLEASE READ the agreement carefully before signing - it includes language pressuring you to leave positive reviews about the company. That's why it's surprising to only see great reviews online. Do not sign and question every section and word of this agreement. Despite doing no actual work, he still charged us and threatened us with his so-called "attorney" when we questioned it. He billed $300/hour in "management fees" for nothing more than a few back-and-forth emails, and remained aggressive about the charges without offering any reasonable justification. This company operates in a way that feels deliberately deceptive, and the owner's aggressive approach makes it hard to push back. I'd strongly recommend choosing a different company! I've attached a copy respective section of the agreement so others can see for themselves. You can only imagine all of the emails/communication documentation I can post.

Glenn was the only reason I stayed with this company because the new ownership and remaining employees are rude and incompetent. If you want a weekly pool service with a tech who has a big attitude and who doesn't actually service your pool or even bother to show up then Clean Bottom is during My home surveillance has witnessed my weekly pool guy skip any servicing by telling me after 10 years of service with the company and paying $160 a month for extra time needed to roll up my solar cover on brand new reels. Clean Bottom has no problem charging my credit card and according to the tech, he was directed to take a photo of my pool cover and immediately leave without performing any service. My security footage confirmed this was a a pattern or that the tech was a no show for most of December. A service ticket, photo and billing are generated regardless of the tech skipping the service so I am taking my business elsewhere.
