We hired Grazia Concept for the demolition on 2 floors, totaling approximately 3500 sq ft. Post demolition, plaster walls needed repairing, repainting, junk needed to be hauled and an entire 1800 sq ft of wood flooring needed to be patched, sanded and stained. The job took on an incredible pace and the finished product outstanding.
