I had my new Cayman that had the front XPEL Full Nose (T50) done this past weekend 9/25 at your Protective Film Solutions shop and when I went to pick up on 9/30 it came back with a ding in the roof. The guy said the ding was there during inspection and even took a picture but he never informed or sended the picture to me prior to start. Today while shopping at harbor freight a gentleman from your company was hassling the poor employee at harbor freight over something they had no control over. He was telling her it's wrong they don't have a buy 3 get 1 free special for the product he was looking at and said he would call their corporate office and complain, asked for their name specifically to act like they didn't want to help them when they simply could not. I was listening to the entire interaction. I almost told him off but figured this would be better. Very, very unprofessional behavior from somebody in the customer service industry. I've been a contractor for over 20 years and this is not right to threaten and belittle employees to get your way. The gentleman I'm describing is actually in the picture on the front of this companies yelp page. Him and his coworker were both wearing their companies shirt, which I then googled to make the complaint. I remember his conceited face with the glasses. I would imagine if he's being this rude to employees at stores he patrons he's going to be rude to customers at his company. If you're going to be rude to people for no reason. Let me start by saying I get very frustrated these days by paying for services that are commonly below average and often are followed up with some kind of request for tips. I requested a quote and Jason was very responsive and professional from the very start. He even warned me that removing the old PPF may have possibility of things going wrong because they do not know what is really underneath. I shopped several other businesses, I chose Protective Film Solutions because applying film was the main thing they did, unlike other companies that seem to rely on tinting windows. On top of this, their prices are competitive with other companies for the full front end. Logan was the one who removed and installed the PPF. Even when he ran into a potential issue, he emailed me and when I did not respond, he called me to see what I wanted to do with the potential issue. Their office is clean with comfortable looking chairs. They have products for sale to help keep the car and the film clean. There is a television playing something motorsport related so I didn't mind waiting until they got to me. On top of this, they have these two beautiful hand paintings in the lobby. I would have definitely looked into purchasing one if my favorite F1 driver or race series was depicted. The car ready on the date promised, and it turned out very well. The clear bra on my 2016 Corvette Stingray was damaged during a hand wash. I made inquiries at several auto shops that specialize in clear bra installations, however, most of them declined to replace my damaged clear bra due to their concerns about possible paint damage that might occur during removal of the old clear bra. I learned about Protective Film Solutions from a friend, and so I went and met with the owner, Ryan. I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of his facility, the number of high-end sports cars and exotics in his shop, and the installation quality of the films and wraps that I observed on these high-end cars. Ryan's team expertly removed the old clear bra on a Monday without any damage to the paint, and prepped/detailed the car on Tuesday. On Wednesday afternoon, I picked up my Corvette , and was truly impressed. The previous clear bra had been installed by the original Corvette dealer that sold the then new vehicle in 2016. There were large gaps between the panels of film in that old clear bra, and in several areas the edges of these panels had started to bubble up and peel. When I looked at my Corvette after Ryan's team had worked their magic, it looked like it had just come off the factory assembly line! The installation of the new clear bra was flawless, with no wrinkles, exposed gaps, or peeling edges. Additionally, a very small ding in the paint on the edge of the driver's door, which probably only I ever noticed, was expertly airbrushed over by Ryan's team. I could no longer see any trace of the little white spot which used to annoy me so much. I could not be more pleased with the results of the work that was done on my car by Ryan's team. My Corvette, which has been meticulously maintained and garaged since it was new, truly looks like a brand-new car that was just delivered by the factory. Throughout the process, I found Ryan and his team to be very personable and very professional.
