He went and got the other copies and brought them back and while I had my hand out to retrieve them, this man tossed them on the desk right in front of me and kept walking. I immediately said "that's rude." So...essentially because of Jose and his unprofessionalism I would never do business with Jim Ellis and will tell all my friends and colleagues the same! Proceed with caution. I thought finance managers were more friendly. Plus side: I was in/out within 1 hour; Jim was amazing. Downside: Jose Vasquez - Finance Manager...BEWARE!!! We had several bad experiences at other dealerships, so working with Dale at America Dealer was a pleasant surprise. The price listed was the final price. There were no additional fees or unexpected costs. It didn't take long to complete paperwork and we were quickly back on the road to home. The car is still running great a month later and my son has no complaints. America Dealer is hidden behind the famous Big Chicken. No real apology, no attempt to make it right--just a complete waste of my time. Honestly, how are customers supposed to trust a place that can't even manage its own appointments? If they can't handle something as basic as scheduling, it really makes you wonder what else they cut corners on. A few days later it stopped working again for a completely different reason. As one would imagine, I was pretty frustrated and upset that there was another significant cost. My husband and I reached out to the management team, requesting a meeting to discuss. To our surprise and delight, they had done the additional repair at no charge. They didn't have to, but put themselves in our shoes to ask how they would feel. The Jim Ellis team wanted to satisfactorily resolved our problem, and they thanked us for our loyalty. We appreciate the relationship their response fostered and will continue to be customers.

I am a senior and have seen this tactic of high pressure. Not appealing at all. I didn't really speak to a sales person and was told there was only one model of Mazda in the show room. The whole experience was unprofessional in my opinion. I was looking forward to at least asking some questions and at least sitting in a car and getting answers. It would be perfect for me since I live in Vinings. Disappointing at best. Can't blame the guy in the parking lot , I am sure his boss coached him. He had a good personality with the wrong approach. Please teach him.
