The owner came today and after less than an hour he told me the problem was taken care of, I did not need the extensive work - and charged me just a minimum service charge. I was so grateful for his honesty, especially because he had come here with two trucks of equipment/supplies prepared work all day on the sprinkler system for a much higher dollar amount. I was fortunate and lucky to personally know the owner of Rocky Creek Landscaping and for several months we discussed the possibility of Brent branching out to open up a new company for new options for clients like myself. This is where Cool Breeze pools was first born. My intuition was correct and my family made the right choice to hire Cool Breeze Pools to be their first installation here in Augusta. Brent was attentive, and eager to learn and to coordinate my wife and my vision of what we wanted in our back yard, to truly be our Oasis to create forever memories for my family and friends. After deciding our pool we ordered and there is a standard 6 week build time for fiberglass pools. Meanwhile Brent pulled permits, ordered coping and pavers and began to survey our backyard to prepare for excavation. Delivery was smooth and installation was even better. Within 2 weeks of delivery of my pool plus a ten day standard "settling time" for the pool construction was complete. Brent's staff were hard working and able to quickly identify and overcome any potential obstacle to make our dream pool. His Superintendent Donnie, was an amazing operator, and I can't say this enough, changed the entire look and feel to our back yard. Here is the advantage of hiring Cool Breeze Pools, every pool company to my knowledge that currently exists (listed above) does not provide additional landscaping/wall/building/rock moving/paver laying/fire pit, above and beyond the footprint of the pool and would tell you to hire a landscaping crew to do what Brent can with his sister company Rocky Creek and Cool Breeze employees. Brent can do all of those things and more, irrigation, sod, seeding, pool installation, retaining walls, water features, fire pit, walkways, driveways, excavation..... Small company's can make the tightest turns and I am a believer in Cool Breeze and Rocky Creek. ...and with that I give them my highest recommendation! Give them a call, let him know what the other company's are offering and their timelines. I think you will see that having two complementary companies under 1 equally shared vision and quality controls will move much smoother than the other guys options. Good luck on your pool journeys!

In January 2022 Eric the owner of this company came out and did an estimate for my landscaping. I have a medium size backyard (3600 sq ft) and was having general yard cleaning, a sprinkler system and sod installed. I was told that they could begin in late February or the first week in March and finish before Masters. They finished at the end of May. IT TOOK THEM FOUR MONTHS TO DO 7 DAYS OF WORK! The owner Eric and I had already agreed to additional landscaping and sod in the front yard. That was supposed to be done in June, then July, then by the end of the summer. In October I was told by Eric that it would be best if I waited for the sod until March of 2023. They could put the sod down in the fall (of 2022) but it might not make it and that would be on me. AFTER WAITING FIVE MONTHS I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD WAIT AN ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS! I would email, text or call and leave messages. Even after Eric and I had a conversation specifically about this issue, multiple times HE WOULDN'T RESPOND FOR WEEKS OR EVEN A MONTH OR MORE! All along I was being told that the delays were due to lack of employees or materials. I was trying to be flexible with the timeline but was just being taken advantage of. The final straw was when the owner Eric told me that he was having problems keeping up with a new residential housing development that he recently got the contract for. So, HE GOT A NEW JOB AND LEFT ME HANGING, even thought we had been discussing this since January. Finally, this February (2023) I noticed that there were several large patches of dirt where the sod had been laid. I called Eric to see if he would replace the sod. I explained that I was only talking about the dirt areas where the sod had clearly died. He said that he would definitely call me back with a time that he would stop by to look at it. It has been 2 weeks and no contact what so ever. No surprise there. I regret the day I even heard of this company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
