The second night we requested a later pick up time at the last minute and they were accommodating. We were a big group both nights and were somewhat loud in the van, yet the driver was very respectful and considerate. Also, a phone was left in the van by one of the people in our group and Brenda was more than helpful in contacting the driver and getting the phone back to us in NYC. She went above and beyond in this request and was answering texts to help with this all day on a Sunday. We've used Maple City two years in a row and overall they are excellent. We will continue to use them for transportation every year we go back to the Honesdale area.

He has excellent communication and provided me with a driver that could take us to the hotel from the bus station and take us to the wedding and back. Our driver John was wonderful.
