They get really good service all around here. It's easy to set up appointments where to get what they call a wax pass, which gives you so many visits in a certain period of time. Price is very based on the type of body part that you were looking to get done. I know the customer service is really good as setting and changing appointments is fairly easy. As a customer, you just need to communicate with them clearly what you need and if there is a problem to let them know, and they will take care of things to make it right. Plus, this is a service base business so it's always good to leave a tip for the person who's taking care of you. Overall, I would say this is an excellent place. If you're looking to get any type of waxing done and they carry a variety of products as well they go along with the different services that are provided.

We arranged a day/time that worked for our schedules and she later followed up with a text reminder the day before my appointment. When I arrived, the place was dimly lit, which I kinda appreciated. She was already in with a client, so I slid the card hanging on the service room door under the door as advised and sat down. My appointment was at 12:30pm and she was a little late getting to me, but the person before me hadn't been in 6 months so my impatience quickly turned to compassion because GOOD LORD. 6 months?!! Anyway, Geni was fast, friendly, warm and very inviting. She got through my wax in less than 30 minutes and I was a little past overdue. Highly recommend coming here and if I'm ever in the neighborhood again, I WILL be back! *side bar, she's Brazilian. So I think she'd be an expert on these kinda things :-)

The lavender and verveen aromas were very nice; however, that face massage with the hot and cold stones was unlike anything else I've ever experienced. The scalp treatment was amazing in its own right because I had been battling migraines for the past several days and this treatment made-it go away. I haven't had this kind of relief from a migraine this quickly ever. The body treatment itself was so nice because I was wrapped up and warm and at one point I almost fell asleep. It is hard not to fall asleep with the dry body body brushing then a thick moisturizer. Then Alex did my face and scalp massage. Then she massaged my feet before I turned over again to do the requested deep tissue on my upper back and shoulders because that's where my problem area. The locker room is very nice too because I have a locker robe and sandals plus there are showers and a steam room that's accessible in the women's locker room. The showers are nice and hot and the spa uses their own brand of shampoo conditioner and body wash. It's like Lavender Fields surrounding me the entire time I was in the spa. It was very relaxing and I didn't want to leave. The relaxation Lounge has to be my favorite so far because it really allows you to disconnect from the outside and just let you relax. I really enjoyed the dried fruit and the Citrus water that is provided as part of their refreshments. I did not try the hot tea but I will next time. All in all this is not like any other Spa I have ever visited before. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in to the moment I left to go relax by the pool.
