The couples massage experience was exceptional, especially relaxing after spending the previous day at a theme park. Both therapists were skilled, seasoned, focused on our problem areas, and did a fantastic job. I felt lasting, immense pain relief afterward. Unfortunately the steam room wasn't working which is really the only spa amenity to enjoy outside of the relaxation room, which was disappointing. The outdoor pool and lazy river were nice with great music but very crowded. It was impossible to float on the river without running into someone. Cheers to a sweet spa day! My daughter and I decided to kick off her fall break with a mother/daughter pool and spa day at Hilton Orlando. I booked our experience through Resort Pass which included two touchless spa services. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but it ended up being such a relaxing and enjoyable day. We chose different touchless services so we could experience them at the same time and stay in the same room. She tried the "Back Hug," which is essentially a full-body massaging table, while I opted for a leg muscle massage administered through zip-up waist-high boots. We both loved our touchless treatments, as well as our time in the relaxation room and steam room. Our spa hostess was incredibly attentive, bringing us fresh heated neck wraps as ours cooled down and even offering champagne. Scheduled couples massage. Beautiful facility however my husband and I had to wait separately while waiting for our therapists to come. I have sensory issues and could not wear the rubber "prison style" slippers they give you upon arrival. while waiting, employees kept walking back and forth through the quiet lounge area with their shoes loudly clicking on the floor and at one point having a conversation through the hall. My husband is 6'1 and they gave him a very talented but short therapist causing her to have to lean her body on top of his to reach (we could have switched therapists). Mine did not ask me what I would like worked on instead told me what she was going to do, and actually left the room at one point during the massage. i did not get a full body massage, as my upper legs and inner arms were not worked. She spent little time in each section of the body. At one point stuck her fingers in my ears. In talking about our massages mine was less than par. upon leaving, the front desk did not acknowledge us. We needed a day pass and a parking pass and had to come back to ask for those things instead the front desk offering. Not only was pricing higher than my average private spa, they add a 21% service charge (they do warn you in advance per the email invite). Parking garage entrance to the hotel is uninviting. My husband and I had a wonderful time at Eforea Spa at the Hilton Orlando! We booked a couples massage as part of a Groupon and it came with free parking, access to the pool, and two complimentary poolside drinks. I booked the reservation over the phone after purchasing the Groupon and the staff was very patient as I asked questions. When we arrived at the Hilton, we were escorted back to the men's and women's locker rooms so we could change. We arrived earlier than our appointment time so we could enjoy the pool first. The locker rooms were clean and spacious. Since we arrived earlier than our massage time, we hit the pool area which was huge! We got lucky and it was a beautiful October afternoon. The main adult pool was a warm temperature and there was a good mix of families. We also swam in the lazy river, which had a cooler water temperature but was refreshing. After using our vouchers for our complimentary poolside drinks, we made our way to the adult pool for some quiet relaxation. The hot tub was nice too. We returned to the spa in time to change into robes and sit in separate relaxation rooms: comfortable chairs, hot tea, water, and nuts were available in the women's area. We were led back to our massage rooms right on time and we enjoyed every bit of the couples massage. It was a great afternoon! I need more days like this in my life! read more

For whatever reason, my Groupon took longer than expected to go through, but Britney was kind enough to honor the Groupon price and allowed me to book through them. My parents absolutely loved this experience and it was their first couples massage! They said the Hilton Hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. Which means a lot because my mom is a very tough critic! My mom wasn't a fan of her masseuse because she didn't apply enough pressure but my dad loved his! My husband and I wanted to plan a spa day to relax together this past weekend, and I'm so glad we discovered the Eforea Spa at the Hilton Orlando! We purchased their Groupon offer a few weeks ago and then immediately booked with ease for Memorial Day. The offer included a 50-minute couples relaxation massage, valet parking, 2 poolside beverages, and all the resort amenities. I don't purchase Groupons very often, but when I have in the past (especially for spas) I've definitely experienced off-putting vibes & treatment from service staff, but I was very happy to find that was not the case at Eforea. We booked our appointment about two weeks in advance and they did let us know on the phone (which is also in the fine print of the voucher) that guests are responsible for a 20% service charge (off of the retail value) at the time of checkout, which was no problem as I would have tipped the service staff regardless. When we arrived, we easily located the spa on the lower level of the hotel where we were greeted and checked in immediately. The spa attendant took us right back to our individual (men's and women's) spa areas and gave us our robes and slippers. The women's area included lockers, dressing room, vanity area, bathrooms, lots of toiletries, showers, steam room (currently closed), and the relaxation lounge area with infused water, hot tea, and a fruit/nut medley for snacking. Everything was sparkling clean and the attendants really stay on top of maintaining the space. Once I changed into my robe, the spa attendant gave me a hot neck wrap and poured me some tea as I waited for my massage therapy appointment. after a few minutes, my therapist came to bring me into the couples massage room with my husband. It was a marvelous 50 minutes and my therapist did a wonderful job working out the knots in my tense neck and shoulders. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed his massage. After our massages, we went back to our individual relaxation lounges to hydrate and get ready for the pool. It's great having access to the spa area and lockers for the full day so you have somewhere to change and store your belongings. The Hilton has a large outdoor facility with many amenities (key card access required) including a family pool, kids splash pad, lazy river, waterslide, poolside restaurant & bar, and the BEST PART -- an 18 & up adults-only pool area. I love kids, but this weekend was all about relaxation and I was very thankful for this peaceful oasis. Especially on Memorial Day when the pool area was very busy and kids are out of school for the summer. We did float around the lazy river a couple times which was pretty nice. The spa staff gave us our drink vouchers before heading out to the pool which we redeemed for 2 frozen piña coladas...love a good frozen cocktail on a hot day! We were able to score a daybed in the adult pool area which was perfection and so relaxing. Soaking up some sun (and shade) was a great way to reset and recharge for the week ahead. read more

Tiffany did a 50 minute deep tissue massage and it was wonderful. I also added on some hot stones after she suggested it. She was very professional, friendly and intuitive and was always asking about my comfort level with pillows and pressure because I have issues with my back and shoulders. The spa is lovely, clean and has modern, fresh decor. From start to finish Christine was there to assist in the experience. She was also very warm and professional and was there to help me navigate the best experience. After the massage I sat in the relaxation room and was offered wine, champagne, herbal tea and kombucha. I will say 4 out of 10. I booked a couple massage and I will say checking in was super easy, the staff was super welcoming at the front desk and the host as well. On our couple massage my husband asked his masseuse to please don't apply a lot of pressure on his back after he felt the pressure was extreme and was making his bad more stiff than relaxing. Yet - the masseuse proceed to apply more and more pressure to the point that my husband's back was worse than when we walked in. Just had the most amazing experience at the spa. First when you walk into the spa you feel a sense of tranquility from the soft music playing, the dim lighting and the aroma in the air, gives a great vibe for relaxation. Upon my arrival I was given a robe and slippers to change into then escorted to a lounge area to wait to be called. In the lounge, you have a selection of teas, water and nuts to enjoy. Once your name is called you're escorted to the message room for a spectacular experience and have the option to add enhancements such as CBD oil, hot stones etc. after your message you are taken back to the lounge where you can relax and enjoy the experience. This spa separates the men from the women in the lounge but does offer couples massage rooms. . This is definitely one of my favorite spas at a reasonable price. I had my very first facial the past weekend at Eforea and WOW it was AMAZING!!! I did not know what to expect, but it was such a pleasant visit. As we walked in we were greeted by the front desk to be checked in for our appointments. After we get checked in, another staff came by to bring us into the spa to show us around and what amenities were provided to us. There is a locker where we place our belongings in and they will provide rubber slippers and a robe for you. As you go down the hallway there are bathrooms, showers, and the sauna. At the end of the hallway there will be a bigger room that have lounge chairs that you can relax in as you wait for your name to be called for your appointment. You will be called in approximately 10 min before your appointment by your facial or massage person. My facial specialist was soooo nice we had great conversation and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She explained everything that she was doing and what products were placed onto my skin. She listened to my concerns since I have struggled with hormonal acne and did not want to risk breaking out. When she finished my facial everyone was complimenting on how glowy my skin was!! I debated on writing this review because everyone that assisted me was nice albeit a bit fake. I work in the service industry so I know how it is and I try to be kind and easy when it comes to anyone in the service industry. That's why I didn't want to write this review. I booked a facial and massage combo with a gel mani and pedi. My SO also booked a facial and massage. I made my appointment on the spot and the girl at the front desk was really nice and found me a spot for my services. The lady that assisted me with my mani and pedi was really nice and easy to talk to. The mani and pedi itself was honestly intermediate but I found out that in Florida their licenses cover esthetician and manicurist so the girls there rotate all jobs except massages. They don't have anyone that only specializes in mani&pedi so I understood after hearing that. I wasn't going to get the best job but that was ok. I really wanted to relax and have the spa experience but everything was really mediocre and did not feel like a spa experience. It was worst than my local nail shop but that was ok. I was just visiting anyway. She proceeded to scrub my callous with a wand and I suddenly felt pain but I didn't want to make a big ordeal about it so I held it in. She even said "oppsies" and pretended like nothing happened. She put on the salt scrub and it hurt so bad but because she was so nice I held it in. I know I should have said something then but I really don't like confrontation. After that she did my mani and it was a terrible polish job. To let me walk out with such a bad job was baffling. At this point I was in so much pain because my raw skin was rubbing against my shoe. I had to go back to my room to get a bandaid. My bf was in the room and asked me what happened and I showed him. He had his appointment after mine but I had to go back in for my massage. I guess when he went back he complained to the front desk about what happened(I wasn't aware). I had one of the best massages with a lady. Her name started with a W and she was amazing!! She was on another caliber! I had my facial and it did feel a bit rushed but she put a lot of product on my face and my skin looked great after. I really liked her as well until my facial ended. When I changed and walked out, the lady that did my pedi was also outside and so I smiled and waved to her. She came up to me and apologized for hurting me which I thought was really nice... until they both started making excuses for what happened. She said she didn't realize that happened because usually people have a lot of callous. I don't have much callous but isn't that what your getting paid to do? She also lied to my face regarding how she didn't notice. I was trying to remove the bandaid so I can show them how bad it was. The facial lady proceeded to say that it might be because I'm PREGNANT! What!!? So my skin broke because I'm too sensitive to a callous remover wand? Like what!!? I was just in disbelief. Instead of just apologizing and moving forward these two women came up with all these excuses which I never even asked for. I honestly didn't even want an apology but at that point I was livid. It was a slap in the face to use my pregnancy as an excuse. My foot was bleeding and swollen at this point. I get to the front desk to close out our bill and it just seemed like everyone was so fake and apologizing but really didn't care. At this point I wanted to say something and no one cared. No manager was called, I just got an apology and "on another more positive note, here are the products Xzy recommended to you" WTF?? I still swallowed my pride bought a crème, paid and left. I felt like I was dismissed and bombarded by two women that lied straight to my face when I wasn't trying to give them a hard time too! So I don't recommend getting any mani or pedi, they don't have a steam room or sauna or coed areas. Massages were great, and at least it was very clean. This place definitely isn't going to be a true spa experience if that's what you're looking for. read more

One of the best massages I've gotten EVER! My masseuse was Geraldine, and she was absolutely fantastic! Did such a great job with pressure points and the overall massage. The spa facilities are amazing, super clean, and they have everything you need from showers, locker rooms, sauna, and rain shower heads. The great thing is you get access to the resort amenities which are wonderful! Beautiful and enjoyable lazy river, a nice and quiet adult pool area and the food at the bar is superb! The Spa At Hilton is a full service spa. I made a visit here while staying at the hotel. It was easy to book my appointment through the friendly associates at the front desk. I had a pedicure which was very well done. The instruments used were taken out of the autoclave bags in front of me (they were clean) and the products used had a great scent to them. The process was done while I relaxed in a massage chair. The esthetician did a great job but she was not very talkative. I would return to this spa on a return trip to Orlando. read more

I used to frequent hotel spas but due to huge inconsistencies I experienced at different spas, I became more selective about where I would plunk down big bucks for things like massages. Omg, nothing is more disappointing than poor spa experiences and completely wasted money (especially if one is stressed out and the desired stress relief turned into stress compounded!) I have had massages so bad that I questioned how the person giving the service could have possibly been licensed or passed an exam on human anatomy. What a refreshing and lovely experience I had at the Hilton Orlando!!! This spa was exceptional: So clean I could lick the floor! Okay, that was probably an icky visual for you, but its the truth. This was our first couples massage and we were very excited to even try it out. We had absolutely no idea what to expect but to say we were sincerely delighted with our visit would be an understatement. From the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed by the front desk agent Andre who was helpful and kind. We were then led to begin our tour with two wonderful attendants Jackie and Dasuri who showed us in depth what we would be accompanied with during our stay. Down to the comforting steam room to the hot tea bar we were amazed with the incredible service alone. Now for the juicy part... OUR MASSAGES. We were desperately in need of them to say the least. Unfortunately this was by far the worst facial I ever received. Jennifer massaged my arms for 20 minutes. Dry massaged my hair/head for 10 minutes, left me lying there for 10 minutes and did my facial in 10 minutes. That consisted of my 50 minute facial. The massage wasn't too bad except she again massaged my arms for 20 minutes. Not sure if it was because I had a Groupon. Bought 2 facials and 2 massages for my daughter and me. Was mandatory 18% tip. 15% gratuity and 3% product usage. 3% of product was not used on me. The tip was based on the regular price and not the Groupon price so that was another $96.00. Would definitely NOT GO THERE AGAIN!! read more
