Fore warning! I had ordered some chicken wings from them and they were hard as rocks. They looked old and deep fried to long, I couldn't bite into them either and had to use a fork to pull it apart and that was hard to do. No more! I'll just order my mushroom, Swiss burger, which i love. read more

Delicious! Here on vacation with the family, and we wanted a sit-down pizza restaurant, which we didn't find, but decided on a whim to try this little place. We ordered 20" pepperoni and sausage with bosco sticks. Our total was $45.00, which we thought was about the going rate for good pizza and our order was done in under fifteen minutes. To top it off, the proprietor noticed our kids with us and gave them each a free ice cream. We will definitely visit again! read more

8/12/24. Bought the large pepperoni melt pizza. The pizza was terrible. Triple pepperoni! Maybe double. Cheese was old, very greasy and separated into chunks that slid off the pizza when you picked it up. Crust was thin, I like a thin crust, but only when ordered that way. Ordered online for pick up, but had to wait an additional 15 minutes from suggested 20 minute wait when placing order. Waiting area is small between pizza counter, that only has 4 stools then a cooler with drinks and counter for ice cream. Employees hanging out by ice cream area chatting. First time getting a traditional pizza from them, having had the fold overs several times. Should really use the fold over crust in the regular pizza. read more

Salads aren't ever full & I called to let them know I didn't even half enough lettuce to cover the bottom of the container and the reply was "that's how we make our salads we don't fill them up" I was totally shocked! I also have allergies and told the person who took my order and it (what I'm allergic to) still came in my order so my order wasn't even right and the lady who I spoke to when I called back said they didn't even write it down on the notes about the allergy and substitution. According to Facebook I'm not the only person whose salads are basically no lettuce all toppings; so there are multiple unsatisfied customers as well just on the salads alone! We were in Sandusky, OH for a Baseball Tournament and some time at the park. It was late and we were looking for a local place to get some food other than Pizza that would deliver... They had an extensive an extensive menu so we gave it a try. We ordered wings, a sub and some bread sticks... A little price with a total north of $72. The delivery was fast and everyone was very nice. The wings were good. They were fresh and a very nice size. Could have cooked a bit longer but very good. I would definitely recommend them. The sub for a "whole" was very small, it barely fed one let alone couple of us and the bread sticks were nothing more than frozen bread sticks that they heated up. Good service, good wings, not so good on the subs and sides. read more

Used to be our go to pizza place, but no longer. Saturday i was charged $2 for one cookie when they are supposed to be $.75, now tonight was charged for a pizza sub instead of a pizza burger, had to wait in line while a customer who walked in after me was serviced first. Was only offered a two liter instead of the difference between the food items, which is $3. Never offered a refund. Will now be using Pizza House West from now on read more
