Depot Street Coffeehouse is great independent and locally owned coffee. It has fairly priced items that are close to quality to those in the fancy chain stores. This has more than just coffee and cream. It's capable of making high quality drinks for less money. There's free wifi which is rare around there. I had the regular size coffee with almond milk. It was about $3 which is great for the quality. The taste was much better than you would expect in a town like this. It may seem like people would be happy with Folgers tasting shit but that isn't what they have here. The only bad thing is they close pretty early, which for this town is pretty late it seems. If you're around Pataskala and want coffee go to Depot Street Coffee. It's better than chain coffee and priced fairly. The service is pretty friendly and they make suggestions.

Good coffee, lots of options like frozen coffee, iced coffee, hot coffee, frozen lemonade, smoothies, sandwiches, soup, baked goods, and snacks. Barista understood my dietary restrictions as someone with celiac disease and let me check the ingredients. So nice! And cute and cozy ambiance.

    Great seating options

I'm not a huge coffee drinker on the regular but I love to work in coffee shops. I wasn't thrilled with their none caffeine options but that's all this is rating. Smoothies not made from real fruit and box chai are never my fav. Their chai wasn't bad I will admit and my barista let me taste it first. I appreciated that. I ended up getting it iced. However they had a small cup but I had an outrageously large straw for it with no other option. That was annoying. Girls behind the counter were nice. They have a rewards program that they told me about I just wouldn't probably choose this place to go that often. It felt very family oriented. At one point girls came in and knew the girls behind the counter, an entire family group came in closer to closing and hung out, and a girl with a kitten walked in and hung out with the girls behind the counter. It was that slow. I was the only one in there for hours. Otherwise, they serve One Line Coffee. So, it can't be too bad. It was so clean, they even have a big parking lot, outdoor patio, and a drive through. Great small town coffee shop with a homey vibe.

Small town coffee house but the java is legit! I had the regular latte and it's foamy and smooth. Homey ambience and friendly staff. We were just passing through this town and were pleasantly surprised to find this gem!

A really cute coffee shop in a small little town. I love the decoration and the seating outside. It's facing a parking lot so the view wasn't that fantastic. I got the frozen latte with salted caramel per recommended of the barista. It's good but a tad bit too sweet for my taste. They do have smoothie and hot chocolate in a separate menu placed on the side. No wifi but they're working on it. They don't open late like those franchise coffee shops. However, the people are very nice and friendly. So if you're trying to suppose small local business, I would highly recommend it.

Great staff! They let me bring my emotional support dogs in to train! They love getting treats and I love their coffee!

Ok good service but very small and a limited menu. More of a bar. Not our go to but not bad.

Most of my $6 frozen drink was foam. Not worth the price. Very busy and not enough staff.

I still decided to utilize their walk up window simply because I had a car full of dogs and I didn't want them to miss me. The window is pretty easy. It does have an awning, but it doesn't really work very well when it's raining cause it's a little narrow and width. However, the barista prioritized me standing in the rain and quickly took my order I told her I was gonna go back and wait in the car because I had a car full of dogs. When my coffee was ready, she noticed that I was getting attention to my dogs and she decided to hand-deliver my coffee to my car. It's a little things like that that make a difference to somebody's day. Whoever does a hiring at this location has a talent for picking the best people. The ratings in this place are solid five star so it's confusing why but perhaps I had a bad experience with the food and that's not reflective of the whole place of course. First off, the service was good. The girl was friendly and told me I should come back to try that strawberry drink that was on the sign. Second, I can't judge a drink since I didn't have one so late in the evening, but I did get a piece of coffee cake and it was one of the worst things I have eaten in a long time. It tasted like paste in my mouth... Purely flour , butter and sugar. There was not a texture from a crumble at all. And the cinnamon was a complete afterthought. When I say that it tasted mostly like flour, I am not exaggerating. Lastly, the place definitely is cute inside and it seems to be connected to the Goat by hallway.

It's an old house and the inside is super cute. The actual coffee shop is in the garage so they open the garage door cuz it was a gorgeous day outside. The pastries all looked delicious. The ham and cheese quiche was so good. I asked if they had any sugar free syrups. They had vanilla and caramel so I had them add both to an iced latte. It was really good. My husband opted for one of the house drinks, called the White House. It was delicious as well. Wanted to try the breakfast bagels but they were all out since it was later in the afternoon. Once they are gone they are gone for the day. The quiche was delicious though. We will just have to try other things next time. The cinnamon roll was awesome too! We will be back.

The cashier was not warm whatsoever. I ordered two drinks and two pastries, scones to be exact. My drinks took a little over 10 minutes to be ready (which was not bad given how busy they were) but I still hadn't received my pastries. What was frustrating was that people who ordered after me HEATED pastries had already gotten their orders yet I hadn't received mines that just needed to be bagged? I kindly told the cashier I was still waiting for my scones and I could tell she had clearly forgotten about them. She shortly gave them to me with no apology for the delay or anything. When I got home, one of the scones I had ordered was the wrong flavor. They were also extremely dry. If you're in a rush, be mindful that the pour over coffee takes a little longer to make. I am completely dissatisfied with the service today. I might give their other location a try but this one is a no for me.

I ordered the tiramisu matcha and it was delicious! It probably ties for my favorite matcha I've had in Columbus thus far. It took probably less than 5 minutes for our drinks to be made. While employees were nice, I can't say they were overly inviting. When asked about the bagged coffee beans and instant coffee, the employee offered very limited knowledge of it. I was unfamiliar with the coffee type so wanted more info. I purchased instant coffee and will research on my own. Biscoff Latte - not enough espresso flavor. The latte tasted like there was way too much milk. If I decide to return, I will order extra espresso shots as I didn't taste coffee. I understand lattes are made with milk but I prefer a balanced flavor of espresso in my lattes which I find typical at other coffee shops. My assumption is that the Biscoff flavor comes from the cookie butter on the walls of the cup. In order to taste Biscoff, you have to scrape the butter off the sides. Not what I was looking for. App & Pre-Orders: I was impressed with their app and ability to preorder. The app is very nice but according to the employee at the register - if you buy coffee beans or other merchandise, you cannot get points in the app. Not a deal breaker but would be nice if this was made possible. Interior Decor: I was impressed with the interior of this coffee shop. I thought it was bright, crisp and minimalistic. Loved the wall decor and lighting. I would not describe the space as cozy like other coffee shops but being different is good! Overall, I plan to give this place another try to taste the coffee in its true basic form - straight black coffee/espresso. I would also like to try the food options!
