This was the perfect stop for a post shopping pick-me-up after a trip to Ivory Barn. We walked over and found the cutest little train depot turned coffee shop. It was too windy to enjoy the outdoor patio seating, so we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere inside. The iced oat milk latte was perfectly made and I really liked their coffee. Very smooth and not acidic or bitter at all. They also carry baked goods from Der Dutchman and have fresh donuts on Saturday mornings. It didn't look like sandwiches were available on the menu anymore. The staff was great - very friendly and efficient. They also had good taste in throwback early 2000s boy band music. :) read more

So I am all for local, giving back to the community support support ra,ra! But it does NOT take twenty minutes to make a vanilla latte and to give me a glaze donut. Two customers have been serviced-walking in. And I was in the drive up. The service at this particular establishment has gone down. Who care about ambiance if I don't have an order. I'm a pretty easy going person. Give me raving service or don't show up. I wrote this review while waiting for my order. read more

We swung by Depot this morning after our dog's vet visit and had a great experience! We went through the drive-thru and ordered a yogurt parfait, an egg sandwich, and an apple fritter. They were out of the yogurt parfait but kindly offered to make one for us if we waited a minute or two. That extra bit of effort was really appreciated. Everything was delicious and even less expensive than most fast food. We'll definitely be back! read more

Local Coffee House that serves ONE LINE COFFEE. Amazing beans From Ohio's own One Line Coffee. The shop has a fun ambiance and overall a solid product. The hours change often and they close early often so call ahead to ensure they'll be open because they'll close mid day or at any hour without notice. They do serve Der Dutchman Donuts which are tasty. Their food menu varies and at times they've removed it altogether. The food was marginal at best and overpriced. They struggle to find good help and staffing the coffee house seems to be a challenge. At least that's what they say. The staff they do have is not very friendly and be prepared to be asked if you'd like to add a tip on top of your overpriced coffee every visit. Maybe they should pay their staff enough not to beg for tips. I'm all for paying for service and usually tip 25% or more at restaurants but when you're pouring a drink and handing it to me from a drive through window? I'm sorry but No Thank You. No tip for you. Also their service is super slow and I've waited 20 minutes for black coffee before. They charge a lot for the iced drinks and serve to you in a cup guaranteed to collapse on you. I've had more drips and spills in my car and on my clothes than necessary. They should get a new supplier for cups. I realize I'm not holding back here but in a world full of amazing coffee shops you can't charge more than most and serve an average product in a flimsy cup that's spilling on me and then ask if I want to leave a tip. lol. read more

Depot Street Coffeehouse is great independent and locally owned coffee. It has fairly priced items that are close to quality to those in the fancy chain stores. This has more than just coffee and cream. It's capable of making high quality drinks for less money. There's free wifi which is rare around there. I had the regular size coffee with almond milk. It was about $3 which is great for the quality. The taste was much better than you would expect in a town like this. It may seem like people would be happy with Folgers tasting shit but that isn't what they have here. The only bad thing is they close pretty early, which for this town is pretty late it seems. If you're around Pataskala and want coffee go to Depot Street Coffee. It's better than chain coffee and priced fairly. The service is pretty friendly and they make suggestions. read more

I'm not a huge coffee drinker on the regular but I love to work in coffee shops. I wasn't thrilled with their none caffeine options but that's all this is rating. Smoothies not made from real fruit and box chai are never my fav. Their chai wasn't bad I will admit and my barista let me taste it first. I appreciated that. I ended up getting it iced. However they had a small cup but I had an outrageously large straw for it with no other option. That was annoying. Girls behind the counter were nice. They have a rewards program that they told me about I just wouldn't probably choose this place to go that often. It felt very family oriented. At one point girls came in and knew the girls behind the counter, an entire family group came in closer to closing and hung out, and a girl with a kitten walked in and hung out with the girls behind the counter. It was that slow. I was the only one in there for hours. Otherwise, they serve One Line Coffee. So, it can't be too bad. It was so clean, they even have a big parking lot, outdoor patio, and a drive through. Great small town coffee shop with a homey vibe. read more

This is a nice, convenient coffee shop located in the center of town. They have a fairly large menu and it's very cozy inside. None of the drinks have really blown me away, but everyone I've trpretty good and my fiancé and I come here one or twice a week. I definitely recommend stopping by if you're looking for a convenient alternative to any of the big coffee shops. read more

It's a little coffee shop in downtown Pataskala. I've met my guys there several Tuesdays at 6am. The coffee is always fresh and the conversations flow freely. The menu is broad with it's caffeine infused concoctions. You might even see the mayor stop by this local downtown location. A really cute coffee shop in a small little town. I love the decoration and the seating outside. It's facing a parking lot so the view wasn't that fantastic. I got the frozen latte with salted caramel per recommended of the barista. It's good but a tad bit too sweet for my taste. They do have smoothie and hot chocolate in a separate menu placed on the side. No wifi but they're working on it. They don't open late like those franchise coffee shops. However, the people are very nice and friendly. So if you're trying to suppose small local business, I would highly recommend it. read more

super cozy coffee shop!! they had a bangin playlist going and the coffee was yummo. the carry One Line, so of course it won't disappoint. they had pastries such as doughnuts, cookies and muffins. best part - they have cow milk alternatives!! they have soy, coconut and almond milk. talk about a blessing. they also carry several different syrups, spicing up any latte or drink you get! it's homey, cozy and has that small town feel gone modern. it has a barnyard feel on the interior, but you would never tell from the outside. they also have a rewards program if you're interested! an extremely clean and welcoming store that i would recommend to a good friend. read more

I have been here about 2 times and I haven't been disappointed. I have gotten a frozen cookie crumble drink, and an iced snickers. The iced snickers is a favorite of mine it's so yummy! They have lots of options and the inside gives a homey, and cozy vibe which I love. It's a great place to take a laptop, get a drink, and work for a bit. The staff is so friendly and kind, they have amazing service and never are too busy. If there is a sort of wait it'll definitely be worth it. Their drinks range from a variety of options for kids, to any age in my opinion. They don't have a kids menu, but you can get drinks without caffeine, or anything you don't want your kid to have. They have amazing seating options, and even an outdoor patio to sit at. The parking lot is big, and has plenty of space to park, so no worries about staying awhile and taking space. Pretty disappointed I just paid 6.75 for a iced coffee! Ridiculous if you ask me. And this is coming from someone that drinks iced coffee every single day in Columbus coffee shops. The amount I spend on coffee is pretty crazy but 7.00 for a iced coffee is egregious. I get the iced coffee here pretty often and always get almond milk and sugar free Carmel so today they said because I got milk it's no longer coffee it's a latte.. and the syrup is 2.00.. I live 2 miles away I would have went and got my own coconut milk if I would have known how crazy this was going to get.. oh and as a former barista a latte has expresso so if I'm not ordering expresso why am I charged for a latte! Very disappointed in this coffee shop! Won't be coming back! Can't wait til fox in snow opens in new Albany I can't even put into words how excited I am that pataskala finally has a "real" coffee shop! I have been waiting 15 years for this! I usually go to highline coffee in Worthington or RiverRoad in Granville to get my beloved oneline coffee.. but now I don't have to drive far to get quality coffee on days off..I also tried the cherry danish which was very fresh and tasty! Tried a new coffee shop today in Pataskala and it was fantastic. Depot Street Coffee House was so cute inside and out. It was very homie and quaint. They had some indoor seating and nice outdoor seating. They offer lots of different coffee options with milk alternatives as well as sugar free syrup options. They also offer other types of hot and cold beverages as well as several food items. I got an iced coffee with almond milk and sugar free caramel syrup. It was absolutely delicious and so was the cheddar and provolone panini I ordered. The staff was very nice and had great customer service. They had plenty of off street parking and provide customers with drive through services. I highly recommend this place if you would like great coffee, food, and service. If you live on the east side it's right in the heart of the town of Pataskala and if you don't it's worth the drive. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Depot Street Coffeehouse. It's a little coffee shop located in downtown Pataskala on Depot Street, with a drive thru included. The inside of the shop is VERY well decorated, you get the faint smell of fresh coffee when you walk through the doors. The store recently opened and you would never know, everything appears well organized. The employees are always kind and smiling. The menu consists of a mix of cold, hot, and frozen drinks, along with some pastries. There are plenty of seats to accommodate a small crowd, as well as a small bar situated by a window with a view of downtown Pataskala. Just stopped in here today before they closed for the holiday weekend. Very cool space inside. There was plenty of space inside to sit and the also had an outdoor patio for the nice days!
