Seemed to me like a way for them to make some extra cash on someone who wasn't quoted or didn't remember. The work was done quickly- I only waited 15-20 minutes. The waiting room was alright, not super clean but not dirty either. There's three large couches and a large screen tv to watch. Overall I was satisfied with the service and didn't have any issues.

Lori and the so called certified mechanic both assured me it's entirely safe! They said the sway bar slamming as you drive and the half empty grease boot with grease coming out is normal. They said I could take it to another mechanic and they will just take my money and that it will just do it again in a few to 6 months anyway. It didn't do it for 7 years! Being female, I have been BSed by many mechanics, but this is just wow. This could have killed someone. Here is short version of what happened. We brought truck in for rattle in front/sway bar bouncing while driving/tie rods. Lori said she found and was ordering the "kit". I asked if that included the sway bar tie rod ends-she said yes and the upper drag link assembly and pitman arm she claimed was bad (which I knew wasn't bad-but if getting the kit I was fine doing it all in 1 shot even though I knew it wasn't necessary). Instead of fixing the tie rods we brought it in for, they only replaced the upper steer assist drag link/pitman arm assembly that has a WARRANTY through them because they replaced it not that long ago (there was no play in the steering). When I came back complaining because half the job was done per our phone call, Lori claimed she never said any of what she told me. They argued with me about Ford having a STOCK LIFT. The mechanic is apparently unaware of a lot. Lori first told me she would see what she could do on warranty. Then Lori would not warranty the work they recently did because she claimed 1 rod part of the upper steering assist assembly was supposedly not replaced last time (more bs). Then it went from that to not honoring the warranty because the truck was lifted and not from the factory (more bs). So they soaked us for over $1500.00 and did not fix the problem. The warranty should have been honored, not lie to me and deny their warranty and what was said. Did they actually do an alignment? Did they do the oil change? They lied about everything, so who knows. There was so much effort into lying to me that I just apologized (I was mad-justifiably so), thanked them and walked away with my head spinning. You cannot debate a liar or the ignorant. Never again. We had to park the truck for a week until we could get it to a real mechanic. I'm glad we got pics, recordings and vids because nobody believes this, it's that screwed up. If this will allow, I will post a video clip of what should have been fixed. We should go after them for the wasted money and all this time without a vehicle because of their ignorance. All the lies should be fraud. For now, posting reviews so nobody else gets screwed this bad. Side note. Why they let go of the 2 good mechanics they had and Mitch, I don't know. Mitch never lied to us, he knew about vehicles and could communicate properly. The new head dingbat is just that. They kept the mechanic who knows nothing and another who always walks around "I don't care" and "I don't like that truck" in front of customers who was still doing that both times I went there, when he wasn't sitting in a bay looking down at a phone.

I gave them instructions on how to reproduce it, just drive the car on the highway -My car needed a regular service -I wanted to reset a warning light on the dash. They wasted my time and I left with more problems. They told me they would get to it that day on site. Then called me and told me they would not be able to get to it till the next. They don't even inspect it till the afternoon of the next day, and want to keep the car for another day. The next day they told me they were not able to reproduce the sound. I go in and immediately reproduce the sound with a tech in the car on the highway. They say they will look at it. I leave. I come back and they tell me they "aren't a shop specialized in fixing that problem" go to a different shop. Fine, I appreciate the honesty. They give me my car back. I turn on the car. Sound still there, Car regular service timer not reset - Such a simple thing, if they're cutting corners here what else are they cutting corners on? Warning light not reset. I go back in , ask them to reset both warnings. They come back, warning light needs a physical part and they need another part that they want to charge me for ~20 dollars, and for me to wait another few hours. They did reset the service timer. At this point they've wasted enough of my time. I leave, paying few hundred dollars for the service and them having wasted 3 days of my time. I go to a different shop. The fix is so simple they fix it for free in 20 minutes. Also they spam you with advertising texts despite never asking. In summary: They didn't fix any of my original problems, needed me to micromanage them to follow basic instructions to diagnose, are slow and incompetent.

As soon as he heard the sound he said "sounds like you got a rock stuck in there". I asked if he thought he could fix it tomorrow if I left it there overnight. I recently stopped by Morgan's Auto Service after my wife was involved in a minor car accident…read more There was a piece of plastic from the other vehicle lodged in the rim of the tire, and it looked like it could have punctured the bead. Since I didn't want to risk pulling it out myself and ending up with a flat tire in my driveway (which is only a few houses away), I brought it in for a quick check. To their credit, they took a look right away, removed the plastic, and re-inflated the tire. The whole process was quick and the staff was courteous. That said, I was charged $75, which they have posted in the front office as a diagnostic fee. I had essentially diagnosed the issue myself when I saw the large piece of plastic sticking out of the tire, so the charge felt a bit high for what turned out to be a simple fix. While I was paying, I asked what they would charge to mount and change a tire, and I was told $30--which made the $75 charge feel even more out of proportion. Overall, I appreciate the prompt service and professionalism, but I did walk away feeling a little undervalued as a customer given the simplicity of the issue.
