I had this company install a centra HVAC system and 2 mini splits. They did real well at first but then it turned into...we have someone else that needs us more so we are not coming out today, all of the sudden I was at the bottom of the list and it was 2 weeks later before they got back to me. Then it was...we are going to arive much later today than we scheduled because the guy who has the truck called in sick and all out stuff is in the truck. When you work and you have to take off to allow these types of services to occur in your home you count on them coming on the day and time agreed upon. This company is not super reliable in this respect. Now here the real cincher that I want you to be sure and consider before you hire this company. One of my two mini splits was leaking from the channeling running down the side of my house. I called and two times I was told they'd swing by and look at it. No one came. So I called again and when the crew member came I was working so my daughter let them in. They said they poured water into the tubing and it came out the other end of the tubing and NOT out the area that I saw it leaking from every day since the install. It never came out the tubing like it was supposed to but they swore it was. I waited all summer long for them to finally do what they said they would do. Then it was too cold to address the issue. A representative called - fishing for me to give them a good review - and I told her how unhappy I was, so they scheduled a time months out because I had to wait for it to warm up enough for the issue to be addressed. This time they took the channeling off and lo and behold the connector between two splices of hose had come disconnected and there was also a crimped place that had turned into a slit in the hoseline. So you tell me... how did water come out of the end of the hose when that crew member (Nathan) said he checked it and it came out like nothing was wrong. So he was not truthful. There was no way the water/condensation was discharging from the end of the hoseline because it was not a continuous line that had become disconnected AND it had a big slit in the hose. Just disappointing. I felt like, as a single woman, I was being taken advantage of and not receiving the level of service that I would have received if I were a man. Having said all this I will say that when Angle - a crew member- came out this last Monday 3-7-2025, (Yes I had to take off work, but he came and was on time.) It was a full 10 months after the install, he did what should have been done 10 months prior when I made them aware of my issue in the first place. Now my mini split is no longer leaking condensation, running down the side of my house. All is well - it just took lots of false starts, phone calls, time, aggravation, frustration and visits to get it right.

I hardly got a good morning before they jumped out of there truck, and took over my house without even a proper introduction/questions for the first time meeting face to face. No booties were worn until i asked for them too, and even then, they were only worn upstairs, not downstairs of my home. I had to ask for the water that came out of their leaking air hose to be cleaned up off my basement floor and steps. They also left dust bunnies from the vent blowouts throughout each room and did not offer to clean that up, which is part of a full service anyway. I was also told, by David, that the dryer vent (outside face) should be replaced soon. I went out 2 hours later to take a look, and realized, that the corner of the vent was broken off during their services. I also had to confront the larger guy, to put something down over the bathroom floor or put on booties, and that's when he gave me major attitude about doing that, something that should be done in anyone's household to protect the homeowners investments. I also had to confront the large guy outside, because he was wrapping up the air hose and just winged it into my flower/plants and then proceeded to drag the hose out of them to get wrapped up. He even had the audacity, when i asked him why he did that, to ask me what my problem was...uh hello, you are being inconsiderate and disrespecting my home and property, you are the one with the problem sir. I told David about the guy's attitude and the plants and booties, and he asked if he damaged the plants. I said it doesn't appear so, and he just smiled and said he would talk to him. I do not recommend this company. They care to get a job done, but not actually respect your property in the process as though it was their own. Money is the driving force, not care.
