I just left this shop after spending a significant amount of money there. I called ahead before driving over an hour to pick up my glasses and was told to "come on in," so I assumed everything would be ready. However, when I arrived, the employee helping me refused to adjust the glasses, even though they were visibly crooked, saying he wasn't qualified to do so. As a result, I now have to make another long trip for something that could likely have been handled during the pickup appointment. I also found it off-putting to be repeatedly called "dear" throughout the interaction. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and left me reluctant to return. read more
