I liked it here a lot. They have a good selection of stores and restaurants. Some stores they have are Yankee Candle, and Barns and Noble. Some restaurants they have her are Panera and Cold Stone.

Nice assortment of shops and having a whole Foods so close is wonderful. But the music is loud and obnoxious.

The restaurants are decent but the stores are ok. I would love if they would do a combination of one of a kind, locally owned clothing/houseware/art boutiques similar to downtown Scituate or Rockport, with a smattering of some better chains like a cool coffee shop chain like Nero's or Flatback or a decent sandwich shop like Clover and a workout studio like Pure Barre and a high-end specialty grocery store. I wish the same thing re the former Hanover Mall.. put in a Nordstrom Off The Rack but also some unqiue/ eclectic locally owned boutiques. They keep expanding Marchants Row but many of the units are not filled and businesses keep moving out. Someone with a clearer vision who knows the local market needs to manage this. If thoughtfully done, it could fill an unmet need and be a gold mine.

I went into Gunther Tooties today with both my mother and sister to grab an iced coffee and a bagel and not only was the iced coffee extremely watered down, my bagel was burned and stale. I took a bite into my burned bagel and the veggie cream cheese tasted as if it had gone bad. I went back and politely asked the male manager if he could fix my order, he rolled his eyes and when he gave me back a new iced coffee he rudely retorted "if our coffee isn't good enough for you go back to Starbucks." I was absolutely stunned!! I've never had such awful customer service and I will certainly not be going back!!!

Seller Beware! It's just super frustrating to be a consignor here. One of your items sold? Great,…read morebut oh no, we're holding back your $12. Just because. You saw funds drop into your consignor account after selling something? Great . . oh, but you might see the very same item on their in-house online selling account, and at a higher price than your item was "sold" for. No point in asking what's going on, because there are no answers, just deflection, deflection. When you finally give up on consigning, as I did, and ask very politely for the funds from your last sale, expect to receive nothing. Because "you don't have enough in your account so you'll have to ask the owner". Ask the owner for the funds from my own consigned items, but "it's unlikely he'll make an exception"? It's an interesting business model, I grant you that! For me, another hard lesson learned! If you're shopping for bargains, it will only benefit you. If you want to turn over a few of your nice things- nope!

I was taken to the back to speak with the manager about it, and right away got looked at up and down and laughed in my face. i felt completely disrespected and a little embarrassed. i told them it's no problem, and continued to look around the store. These 2 managers continued to make jokes, laugh, and mimic/mock me. That's when i walked out the store furious. Getting in my car i checked the reviews and felt the need to add one in. Also got a nice video for you guys to see who they are. Specifically this one women.
