Seller Beware! It's just super frustrating to be a consignor here. One of your items sold? Great, but oh no, we're holding back your $12. Just because. You saw funds drop into your consignor account after selling something? Great . . oh, but you might see the very same item on their in-house online selling account, and at a higher price than your item was "sold" for. No point in asking what's going on, because there are no answers, just deflection, deflection. When you finally give up on consigning, as I did, and ask very politely for the funds from your last sale, expect to receive nothing. Because "you don't have enough in your account so you'll have to ask the owner". Ask the owner for the funds from my own consigned items, but "it's unlikely he'll make an exception"? It's an interesting business model, I grant you that! For me, another hard lesson learned! If you're shopping for bargains, it will only benefit you. If you want to turn over a few of your nice things- nope! read more

Got here at 430 and saw some cool tops. Around 445 they said store closing at 5. I went in to try in at 455. And clerk said we are closing. So I said I have 2 more to try in. She said in raised voice we are closing! So I left tops in dressing room and left. Extremely rude! read more

Some of the clothes weren't much better than a yard sale selection. Clothes were outdated, worn. A pair of very worn and dirty children's shoes were $6.74. Icky. Not an impressive selection in any category - women's, men's, or children's clothing. read more

Updated post 12/16/25... I received a very surprising follow-up phone call from an employee of the store, after explaining her side of the business to me she asked that I remove my previous posting. She got my phone number from a call log I am assuming because I called the store originally questioning why items in my cart couldn't be shipped. I did try to remove the post but it can't be done. I mentioned to her that in my review I didn't say she was rude or condescending, and she told me that people only look at the number of stars that is given what I wrote although in her opinion was not true is not read. I don't just look at the number of stars, I look at what is written as well, but that is just me! What I will say is that she offered to go to the store and get a box and ship out my items that were deemed household and I did refuse because it's not that important to me, I also did feel bad that she was going to take time out of her day to do that after all I am human. She requested that I mention that in the past I had a large order and she did "make an exception" and mailed 2 items that were in my cart that were deemed household (which were similar in size to my issue today.) It is because of this exception that was made I assumed it could be done again today but I was mistaken. I did express my concern that her calling me to follow-up on a post which is my right and freedom of speech is rather harassing, and I hope that she doesn't do this for every negative review that is posted and she explained that works countless hours to keep her business afloat. I feel we all work hard in our own capacity to "stay afloat" whatever that means to each individual customer but hey it is what it is. Because yes, I am a pretty reasonable and sound woman I took the time to do a follow-up on my review but if it was under different circumstances I would not even have entertained reposting anything or staying on the phone call as long as I did. So the moral of this story is pertaining to this business, if you want to order products online from this business only order clothing. read more

Great consignment store! Great labels and fairly priced. I found many cotton dresses and boys -men's bathing suits with tags and great shoes. You can also sign up to consign your own clothing as well. It's in a great spot as well! read more

Been selling and buying from here for a few years. They have a good selection of women's and children's clothes, decent selection for men's. Mostly middle of the road labeled clothes - Old Navy, Carter's, etc. Occasionally, they have higher end things and they keep them on a separate rack. 50% off sales twice/year - the good stuff goes quick! I can not come up with anything negative about this shop. They are so easy and pleasant to deal with. I haven't consigned in a long time, but due to a big change in life, I needed to consign. They were over the top accommodating. I like all the employees, and have got some great buys on some excellent condition winter sweaters as well as my consigning. Give them a try, I'd be surprised if you left without even one purchase. And if you don't, well it might be the next time, but you will at least get to see how awesome this group of employees are. I'm writing this review as someone who has brought items here for consignment. I brought in 12 items at the end of May. This past week (August) I was told that I sold 7 of the items. Then I was told that since I didn't come in before July 10th I didn't get the money. Then for items sold afterwards I was only given $3.10... A store credit only since the items were less than $10. So, for all the items sold, I only got $3.10... Only a store credit? Don't bring your items here. You'd be better off donating to Saver's and getting a $5 off coupon on your next purchase. I will not shop or bring my items to this business again due to the way they conduct business. read more

I am always on the hunt for a good consignment/thrift store and I passed by this one the other day, so I stopped in and boy am I glad that I did because they just happened to be having a special sale-Everything in the store 50% off the lowest price-I know, awesome right? I ended up snagging up some great finds, nothing designer (though there was a small section), but I got a nice blazer from the Gap, pair of jeans also from the Gap, a new with tags, long black cardigan from Ann Taylor Loft, a cute floral purse and a cross necklace....and my grand total was....$43! In my experience, consignment and thrift stores are always hit or miss, depending on the inventory, but this visit was definitely a hit for me and I will be going back....What can I say? I gave them clothes, my kids didn't fit in any more, for consignment. The staff was friendly and courteous. I was surprised at the turnaround time for selling the items. To be honest the only reason I thought of bringing something there was because my girlfriend shops there... A lot! She says the prices are good. Personally I think it's hard to tell considering the amount of stuff she brings home. She's always yammering on about. all the 'exciting' things she finds there. This is a second hand clothing store (cosignment shop) that has a good selection. Most of the clothing in the store is very middle of the road like Old Navy, Gap, Aeropostale, etc. but once in a while you can really find some good name brands like seven7 jeans or a prada bag. The woman who owns it is very straight to the point with people but nice enough. It is a decent place to consign as well. They are picky about what they take but the things that do sell you get a decent price for. You can bring your stuff in Mon-Fri 10am-4pm. The clothing that does not sell in a certain amount of time (like 3 months) gets donated to charity. If your in the area stop in and see what you think, you may just find a hidden jem! read more

I came here when I was uneployed to take my cashmere sweaters, and barely worn items to, because they'd give you a percentage back. The owner told me to come get my check, however, I got a job, by the time she called working in Boston, and was also traveling for work. So coming in, at the store hours was open, next to impossible. Weekends I wasn't always around either. It wasn't for a great deal of money, but over 10$. I was not told I had to come in a certain amount of time and thought if she owes me money, the check should be there, regardless of weeks, months or even years, I went to go get it. If someone owes you money they, owe you money. I went to pick up the check, today, finally being in the area, and finding it was open. And the lady in the front said there is no check for you. I was like check again, since I was never told I had a certain amount of time, to pick it up, or I'd lose it. So, my thought here is, If they owe you money they should send the check to you. I won't ever go here again or recommend anyone to go here again. And, for the small amount of a stamp, is it worth a bad review that could put you out of business? Seriously, don't go here if you truly think you'll really get anything back for what you bring in. read more

I arrived at the store today with items for consignment to ask about the process. The sales representative, dressed in clothing more suited for the beach than a business, gave me a fake, perky smile and told me that the store received items from 10-3 and that it was "3:03." She did indeed say "3:03," and it was that time as I checked my watch as I looked around a store in which there were two sales representatives and no customers. I was too horrified by the unprofessionalism to be offended. I left and went to Second Time Around where they courteously and happily took my designer items. I would not buy or consign clothes in a store with such abominable service considering the number of other far more reputable options out there. read more
