This company came out quick but proceeded to ghost me for two weeks regarding the installation of my air pump. After that long of a wait, I decided to call R & L after seeing them at my neighbors house. I explained I needed a new air pump. I unfortunately can't remember who exactly I spoke to, but they were honest and told me it was an easy fix and that I could do it myself to save money. They told me the exact pump I needed and where to get it from. I had the pump in less than 48 hours from the dealer and install took less than ten minutes. It was as easy as they said it would be. R&L saved me about $150 with their honesty and also did mention I could call or text with any questions. I will definitely use them in the future for any problems that may arise.

Outstanding service! Our 1500 gallon septic tank was 14 years old and had never been pumped since…read moreinstalled. When we opened it up it was in really bad condition. Not only was it full, but the top 16" was solid and heavily caked. Keith Wilson spent 2.5-3 hours breaking up the solids and pumping the tank out. This required back flushing and pumping at least 4-5 times. He eventually was successful at getting it all pumped out. Outstanding service, pleasant gentleman, and I highly recommend his service. In a little over an hour he fixed the issue. Brendan was great...kind..helpful and gave me tips on maintaining the line. That says to me they care about their customers.
