I came in at 230 same day. I spoke to three different ladies and they were all extremely caring and genuinely helpful. Coming in, I was greeted with warm smiles and I told them I was in pain and they were extra welcoming and eager to assist. I had my 7 year old with me and they reassured me I can have him in the dental office too. (Kid friendly!) since my son was waiting with me while I was getting a procedure done, the other ladies were very nice to charge my phone and change his seat to a comfy one! Grateful for the extra care given :) My dental assistant was Jenny and from the get, she was extremely careful and very sweet. I told her I was in pain and she was very quick to help and make sure I was comfy. I also had the newest Dentist, Dr. Rice. (Former resident at a veterans hospital). She was extremely knowledgeable and handled me with care and constant reassurance. I'd definitely recommend those who want extra gentle and friendly care to come!

Using high end technology which was a first for me. I am use to the normal x-ray but they went above and beyond and offered the 360 scan. I was a bit hesitant on doing this since insurance barely covers anything these days. I was insured that they do this for their knowledge and it will not cost any extra. The only thing I didn't like was the pictures being taken of my teeth it took a long time for the tech to get the camera to work which made my visit longer than expected. I went back a couple weeks later for my fillings and they did a great job. The doctor was very caring and asked if I needed breaks which was a plus. My cleaning was great as well he was very knowledgeable and gave me great tips which helped me improve flossing. Parking lot available for parking. Office was very clean. When I first went here I was advised thay I should replace two older metal fillings that I had done many years ago. Was told they would only do one filling that day and not two. Not sure why, but okay. Filling done and scheduled for second filling. Show up and told that another doctor will be doing the filling. Not over thrilled with having multiple doctors as they each have their own way of doing things. Second filling done and its poor quality work. Sharp edge left, and not properly grinded down for bite. Cant feel that though since my mouth is numb. Had to reschedule to have that fixed. Went back in months later for a cleaning and again have a different doctor who does my care. I prefer to have the same doctor all the time, but having a different doctor each visit left me disappointed. To make matters worse, I write this a couple years after getting the fillings. The filling from the second doctor cracked and pieces broke off while eating. Went to a different dentists office who fixed the cracked filling and made mention that the other filling which wad done here was done poorly and re-filled that knew. No problems with that procedure at all.
