Was seen for the first time yesterday and the office staff was wonderful. Dr Lichter was really great and he took his time and I didn't feel rushed. It was a nice touch that although there is a parking lot on the other side of the ceiling to floor windows on one side of the office, they created a small garden that staff and patients could see instead when looking out. I've been going to Dr. Lichter for over 20 years. What really made me loyal is that he would answer all my questions and explain what he was doing during any process (crowns). Also his work is excellent. Great consistent work always. In addition to the good work, the staff is great and polite. Oh.. Dr. Lichter is witty too. We always laugh when I'm there. Derek is highly accredited and certified. He will work with your insurance and budget. I had some crowns done by another denist that looked unnatural. .My appearance is important to me because our smiles do project a certain self-esteem. Dr. L. plans your procedures by spending many hours after the office is closed to review our next procedure. I always know what is ahead. My post is about 3 weeks late but I had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Lichter's office and I highly recommend anyone who values their oral health to pay him a visit. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and thumbs up to my hygienist! It was the best cleaning I've ever experienced. After my oral examination, he told me exactly what was going on in my mouth, which were a couple of very small cavities and left it up to me if I wanted to get them filled or not... simple! Dr. Lichter isn't pushy like other dentists I've encountered--- which is hard to find these days. I wasn't pressured to purchase any products or anything of the sort. The office staff were great, very professional and welcoming. They were even able to fit me into they're schedule for a Zoom whitening procedure the following week before I deployed. I'm ecstatic! My teeth are very clean and super white now! There's ample parking in the back and his office was very easy to find. When I return, I plan on letting him do some cosmetic work and replace a silver filling for a tooth colored one. I've found me a new dentist in San Diego! read more
