My daughter had a super stressful visit with another dentist that caused extreme PAIN, aniexty and potential unnecessary work. We visited Dr. Song for a second opinion, and she was immediately at ease. The whole staff had her comfort in mind, as did the incredibly well-curated, thoughtful space, which was clearly designed with patients in mind. Dr. Song made easing her worries a top priority and was sure to address those first. After examination, he offered a much less invasive option. The procedure was fast and painless. My daughter greeted me back in the waiting room swiftly and SMILING! I can't thank him enough. My teenage daughter is now his #1 fan and telling all her friends to see him! Wow. Completely impressed by this practice. I had to call for an unrelated endodontist situation. I can't even begin to tell you how well I've been treated. From the start speaking with Theresa who is a wonderful person to be super educated about the process, to meeting Dr. Song, I can't say enough about this practice. I'm going to have a root canal there. Not thrilled. Dr. Song was amazing and putting me at ease by talking to me about what is going to happen. So personable. Although he isn't doing it, they have somebody right in their practice who can do it. I don't have to go somewhere else, and I like that! The office is spotless. The staff, super friendly. If you don't have insurance, they have a membership plan that gives you proper dental care annually. Who does that nowadays? They do. They have all sorts of ways to put you completely at ease while in the chair. I think I'm jumping ship from my current dentist and moving to them full-time. Can't wait! I only can think of one downside. (Not a big one ) They don't accept care credit. Which is what I've used at my previous dentist because dental can be expensive even with insurance ! I had terrible tooth pain and I knew I needed to see a dentist. However, during the pandemic my dentist was close and I was nervous I was not going to find anyone. Also, even if i found someone, I was so nervous about exposing myself and how safe i was going to feel. Dr. Song immediately returned my phone call and was extremely nice and professional over the phone. I was at his office 2 hours later. He was in full PPE which made me feel safe and I trusted that he was taking all the necessary precautions to avoid exposing himself and myself to covid. We are very lucky to have Dr. Song and his practice near by. My only dentist I had in my life was my mom who has since retired. I was very nervous of searching for a dentist who wouldn't just treat me as another potential business. Not only are the staff here professional and knowledgeable, they do a lot to make sure your care is as comfortable as can be. The office is clean and welcoming. And the heart of it all is Dr. Song who is humble and very personable. Even how busy it was, he puts in time to greet all his patients and gets to know them. I Highly recommend his practice! I went to Dr. Song today and had a great first visit experience! Recently retired with no dental insurance, along with a "fixed income" I was hesitant to even go to a Dentist . My husband had seen him recently and was very pleased. We both signed up for the Dental Membership Savings plan, which has already saved us hundreds. He fixed problems with old dental work, and he gives appropriate and conservative recommendations all while being very personable and thoughtful.
