Hot tea, water and snacks were available to enjoy while you wait. Michelle was amazing. The Deluxe hydra facial was just what I needed. Check in and check-out is very easy. They sell facial and body products, clothing, jewelry, candles and CBD gummies. Very cute shop. Parking is limited in front of the salon, but you can park in the Earth Fare plaza across the street. She was an employee for quite some time before purchasing it. She does amazing work, treats her employees and guests with compassion and is hilarious. She's a fun person to conversate with. My review is for facials and waxings. I have been here quite a bit over the last few months (currently sitting in their parking lot since I arrived early for my appointment that I have today!) Each time I've been in, the receptionist is always so polite and gets me set up in the relaxation area until my tech is ready. They offer drinks, set you up in a massage chair and put a warm neck wrap on you. I always see Fay. I trust her with everything she does! I went to Koniver Aesthetics for AviClear laser treatments. I had been suffering from acne for over a decade and I was told this would "cure it", or I would get my money back. I was also informed that it would take up to a year to see the results. After a year my skin was still terrible. At this time I was told by Koniver Aesthetics that it could NOW possibly take a year and a half. Obviously this was upsetting, but I waited. Around 18 months after the procedures my skin seemed to be worse than ever. I was livid. I reached out to their team and I was simply told there was nothing that could be done. I wanted to get on social media and write bad reviews for the establishment everywhere I could possibly find. Though, I was so depressed I didn't even have the motivation to do that. So why am I speaking out now? Well, I was wrong when I initially thought my skin was worse than ever. I spent thousands of dollars and waited 2 years to see results. My skin never improved, in fact I am pretty sure in the last couple of weeks I have reached the pinnacle of disgust with the state of my skin. I am crying as I write this and I thought maybe after spending $3000 + at this business, there might be something they would be willing to do. All I can ask is if there might be SOMETHING they would want to do to remedy the situation. I sent them basically the same message as I have written above and they actually did respond asking if I wanted to come in .... almost a month ago. I said I would like to. I have not heard back since. My diet has not changed. My health is good. I get every acne product that aestheticians suggests and facials from other facilities all the time.
