If you're of an older age, don't expect to be treated well. These doctors and PAs treat older patients as if you're taking precious time out of their day. I've seen 3 different people at this facility and they all shove you out the door ASAP. Not only me, but 2 of my friends have experienced this too. I decided to go to Cleveland Clinic for my skin exams and treatment in the future. My 2 friends are contemplating on doing the same. If you're young, you'll be fine here. read more

Dr. Paul Bedocs and his staff were very professional and kind. I had three separate cancer spots removed. Each appointment the staff was friendly and efficient. Both my 93 year old father and I see Michelle Bodie. She takes her time with both of us, and I really appreciate that she talked with me about options for some toe nail issues I was having. I went to their Sandusky office. After going there 2 years, a spot on my face suddenly seemed bad. Did biopsy and had to go back for more to be removed. Why wasn't it noticed on first visit. Had it then. One time after removing a spot for a biopsy, had to remind them of the other spots that needed freezing. Was going to let me go without doing them. Another time removed a spot on my leg to be biopsied. When I was walking down the hallway to the elevator, I felt blood running down my leg. Had to go back and have it taken care of. One visit I was 5 mins. late. They wouldn't see me. Another visit I wasn't even in the books. I had a card with the date and time to show them. Said they could see me in an hour. Tired of the bs. I see some negative reviews for Michele Bodie below, and I just don't understand them. I have gone to Michele for years, and I have never been treated as those below say that they have. Perhaps it was a bad day for her, but I have had multiple moles removed, a couple melanoma's and I have always been told what they were going to do and what to expect afterwards. I usually get my test results back ahead of schedule. I never ask what it's going to cost... because quite frankly... it needs done and I have insurance, so... let's get it done. I don't know... I just have never had a bad experience. They are normally on time (no long waits) and... check out is a breeze. I do not recommend this place, the doctors don't want to take the time to help you. They rush in and out like you are wasting their time. They don't really seem to be concerned for their patients like they should be. Going there has been a disappointment to say the least read more

Michelle Bodie, PA-C, is very kind to my family wherever we visit. She has helped me for many years with acne, and it finally cleared. It would have cleared a long ago if I just took her suggestions like I was supposed to, but she understood my initial concerns and was patient with me in trying to find alternate remedies. All along the way, she made sure to check up and see if any physical or emotional side-effects were negatively affecting my wellbeing. She also helped my mother clear a freak rash in days. The rest of the staff at Dermatology partners is pleasant as well. They always great me with a smile, and they know be by name since I've been going there so long. If I have any issues with paperwork or scheduling, they are always happy to help! Speaking of which, I understand that scheduling is very tight. She and the Dermatology Partners have a wide range of patients they must assist. Like any other business, they even have to take a well-deserved holiday from time to time. Yet, when I was still dealing with acne, they still managed to get me in every month at a reasonable time, and my appointments were canceled or shifted. The physician I saw was very rushed. She acted like she knew what she was doing, but she told me what she was going to do instead of explaining it and asking me if I wanted to proceed. I had two moles removed for biopsy. She didn't explain to me how she was going to remove them or what to expect afterwards. I have never had any removed prior to this and I don't think these needed removed. Cost was never discussed and I am not impressed with the $500 bill I received in the mail. I do have insurance. She was with me a total of 10 minutes between the two times she was in the room. I will not be going back to this practice. read more

I totally disagree with the first review. This place is amazing. I thought I would need surgery, but Dr. Horvath was as nice as she could be; she listened to me, and she treated a spot on my face in 30 seconds. I will need to go back in 6 weeks, but it looks better already. It might seem like they rush you because they are so prompt with their patients. My appointment was for 2:20, and I was called at 2:20. I hardly had a chance to sit and check my phone. I'm very satisfied with this place. read more

Michelle Bodie, PA is the best. She listens and addresses any and all concerns. During skin checks she even checks between fingers and toes and goes through the hair to check your scalp no matter how thick your hair is. She is not in a rush and takes her time. She is honest in her answers and gives the options available needed to treat the condition. I am so glad she is available to go to. read more

I just called to make an appointment for my son. Was told great Monday at 2:30 works. Great until they find out that he is on Medicaid. My son is down syndrome. All of the sudden they can't see him on Monday at 2:30, those doctors are to busy I was told. They weren't to busy when they thought he had regular insurance. I was told only certain doctors see Medicaid patients. EWWWWW Medicaid patients scary !! So Dr. Nate will not see my son since he is on Medicaid. I truly do not see what the insurance has to do for the care of my son. My family doctor referred me to this particular place because he felt they would treat my son with the dignity he deserves.
