Eventually, 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS and was told I may need fertility treatment to conceive. I tried seeking help by my OBGYN, main health care doctors, and even seeking some fertility treatment, all to receive bandaid and cookie cutter "solutions" that didn't really help treat or find the cause of my issues. After being tired of not being heard and feeling not cared for I began doing a lot of research and discovered the holistic/naturopathic world and ultimately finding Dr. Nirvana. I began seeing Dr. Nirvana July of 2024 and to this day I have not only felt the most heard and understood, but have truly been seeing results and feeling so much better. She doesn't give bandaid or cookie cutter solutions, she actually cares and works to find the root cause of your issue through detailed labs and tests. She is the sweetest and is extremely knowledgeable. In just 8 months I have improved by gut health tremendously (night and day), I have lost over 25 lbs and don't feel as much inflammation as before, I have been able to balance my insulin and lower my bad cholesterol, and with her help I've been able to start regulating several of my hormones which we discovered I had severely unbalanced due to my PCOS which have caused my irregular cycles and infertility issues. She was carful in customizing a plan just for my needs. She is also very mindful of doing things progressively to not shock your body and feel good while going through healing. While Naturopathic care is not covered by many insurances and it can get rather expensive, it is truly so WORTH IT to actually see true results and find and fix the core problem. I am very satisfied with the progress I have seen and experienced and look forward to what is ahead as I continue treatment with Dr. Nirvana. In the past 9 months I've made significant improvements in my body composition and I see in the mirror how much better my whole body looks. I'll be the first to say that I have trouble always meeting the goals set by my nutritionist but they are completely reasonable . The program isn't complicated. The initial investment isn't covered by insurance, typically and it's expensive but includes a extremely thorough panel of labs you will never get from your regular doc. The naturopath doc reviews them with you. Then steps, water, tracking foods/macros, personal training twice a week, body scan every six weeks and pow wow with your dietician or health coach every six weeks. Everyone really seems to care about your progress. My trainer pushes me but we laugh a lot so it's hard work but fun. Their naturopaths are very knowledgeable. And the chiropractor is also excellent. Both my health coach and dietician are extremely helpful with holding me accountable. I have nothing negative to say about this program. I completely and without hesitation recommend Stark. It's not feasible financially for everyone but if you can swing it, you're investing in yourself, in a healthier future.

When I reached out to her about it, the response was very rude, and I was told she would not fix them. Honestly, all that needed to happen was a simple gesture, such as offering not to charge me for a full set next time or something simple. Their prices are already on the higher side, and although I knew I was paying more than most places, I continued going because I valued the relationship and liked their work. The manager was only available on one specific day to fix the nails, and unfortunately I was unavailable that day. Instead of trying to accommodate me or work with my schedule, they were completely inflexible. Not only did they refuse to work with me, but they also made me feel unappreciated as a long-time customer. After five years of loyalty, I expected much better customer service. I will not be returning. Overpriced services with very poor customer care.
