Worst customer service at this location. After going to Venie for five years, there was only one time -- around my birthday -- that I was unhappy with my nails because they were much shorter than what I had asked for. It happens. When I reached out to her about it, the response was very rude, and I was told she would not fix them. Honestly, all that needed to happen was a simple gesture, such as offering not to charge me for a full set next time or something simple. Their prices are already on the higher side, and although I knew I was paying more than most places, I continued going because I valued the relationship and liked their work. The manager was only available on one specific day to fix the nails, and unfortunately I was unavailable that day. Instead of trying to accommodate me or work with my schedule, they were completely inflexible. Not only did they refuse to work with me, but they also made me feel unappreciated as a long-time customer. After five years of loyalty, I expected much better customer service. I always have the best experience here! Veda did an amazing job on my nails she paid incredible attention to detail, took her time, and never rushed the process. She constantly checked in to make sure I loved the shape and length, and the final result came out perfect. Holly did my gel pedicure, and she is truly the best. I came down to California for a work trip and I had some acrylic nails and I don't usually get acrylic nails so I really wanted to take them off. I went in and asked if they could take me to do just a acrylic nail take off at a gel manicure and even though they look really busy, they took me and Did so amazing like usually when you go to a nail place the worry is that they're gonna cut your cuticles or give you chunky nails or whatever but they all seemed really smart about the best way to remove the acrylic nails and also on modern nail technology a.k.a. gel builder and gel X manicures anyway if you look at the pictures, this is what SOPHIA came up with. I have been here twice and I have loved both times so far!! Check-in is fairly quick. Their services can add up depending what you get. But honestly, you're not just paying for a service, you're paying for an experience. And it's worth every penny. For my first visit, Sophia did my gel-x nails and she did so well. The retention from the gel-x was seriously impressive -- my set lasted without lifting or chipping for weeks. But what really stood out to me was how gentle it was on my natural nails. There was absolutely no damage to my nail beds, which is rare for extensions in my experience. Even better, the time I spent with Gel-X actually helped my natural nails grow longer and stronger underneath. By the time I removed the extensions, I didn't even feel like I needed another set -- my natural nails looked so good on their own! It gave me the length I wanted without compromising my nail health, and that's a huge win. Mind you, I bite my nails when I'm stressed out. So I had to come back to this salon. For my second visit, Tony did my gel x-nails and OMG HE KILLED IT! I got a short almond gel-x nail French tip with chrome. He's so attentive to detail, fast working but also very gentle. came in on March 4 after my nail had completely ripped off along with most of the nail bed. I had previously been in during February, but due to the severity of the injury, I had to wait 3 weeks before returning because I physically could not tolerate any work being done on it. On March 17, I had a full set applied. Your manager recommended Gel-X and clearly stated that if I had any issues, I would be refunded. I paid $90 plus a $10 tip. By March 23, a nail came off--which was not surprising given there was barely any nail to adhere to. When I returned, I told Michelle that my thumb nail felt loose and needed to be fixed. She dismissed me, insisted I was wrong, and refused to replace it. Two days later, that nail came off exactly as I said it would. What was underneath was a fungal infection--caused after your application, not before. Within days, I had to remove the entire set, and FOUR nails were infected. This was clearly the result of unsanitary tools or improper application. It had absolutely nothing to do with the timing between appointments. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told to come back every two weeks--essentially asking me to continue spending money after your salon caused this damage. The removal process itself was careless and negligent. No proper care was given to nails that were already thin, damaged, and infected. Let me be very clear: I did NOT do this to myself. Your salon caused this--100% and your horrible response to my fungus filled nails is appalling! You shouldve insisted I come in every 2 weeks so you could make it right, at no cost to me, since it was YOUR FAULT! Instead you left me in more pain, having to wear gloves as my paper thin fungus nails snag at the touch of everything! I'm appalled at your uncouth business practice and lack of integrity at this very upsetting and painful response to your negligence. You should be fined and have your license revoked! read more

Updated review because the manager Khai handled my issue with care and professionalism. I really appreciate how seriously he took my feedback. That said, I would not recommend having nails done with Chloe. This was the second time I've had issues with her manicures, the first was on 9/30/24 and again this time, the builder gel started chipping after 12 days and lifting completely by day 14. Interestingly two glowing 5-star reviews for her popped up shortly after mine. That timing says a lot. I'm just sharing my honest experience and I hope it helps others when visiting. The salon itself is clean and responsive so if I return I'd request a different tech. read more
