I came here to get my nails done for my wedding, and my nail technician was Henry. I showed him an inspiration photo of pink ombré nails with white 3D flowers, and he copied it so well. After seeing one of the 3D flowers I asked if I could have all my nails like that but he said it would be too much so he did partial flowers. His expertise in nail design resulted in beautiful nails perfect for my wedding. It took about 1.5 hours, and the price was very reasonable at $89. read more

Horrible experience! Negative 5 stars Imagine having to verbally fight with the nail tech, being yelled at by the nail tech cause you expressed that you are completely dissatisfied with the way she polished your nails. You paid full price and got the worst treatment even after you realize what you paid for isn't what you got. I am beyond upset because the way she treated me when I paid for my services and did not get the results!!! The nail tech named "My", painted all 5 nails at once and comes back and do the cat eye pen. It had already dried. How could you get a cat eye effect from that and call it cat eye, and charge me for it. It looks like a normal gel. Even after I asked her to fix it, she still did not do it right. During filing my nails she file onto my Hand more than once and doesn't even care when it hurts my hand. She just kept on being negligent!!! I came back to this nail salon happy and excited to get another Gel-X set with cat-eye because I had such a great experience here just two weeks ago with Tracy. The first time, Tracy did my nails and she was phenomenal. My cat-eye came out beautiful, which is exactly why I returned and asked for the same thing. Unfortunately, this time I had My, and I was extremely disappointed. I specifically requested cat-eye and was charged the cat-eye price, but my nails did not have the cat-eye effect I asked for. I even pointed it out and asked her to redo/fix the cat-eye, but I still left unhappy with the result. She literally painted all five fingers and then go back with the magnetic pen. What made it even more frustrating was that she said it's my fault that I picked the wrong color and it does not show the cat eye affect. My daughter also did the cat-eye polish on my daughter's nails, and hers came out great. Jessica did her nails So I know the effect I requested was achievable. I don't mind paying extra for cat-eye--I just expect to actually receive what I'm being charged for. Especially after having such a beautiful set from Tracy only two weeks earlier, this experience was very disappointing. I would absolutely recommend Tracy and Jessica, but unfortunately I cannot say the same about my experience this time with My. Imagine paying extra and still frustrated because the person does not take accountability and change. This was affordable but I don't like the service. I don't like the fact that I paid extra and did not get the results. I paid for it is 100% not what I paid for. And the experience is horrible when you are the customer and you have a negative experience. Do voice your opinion to the nail technician and she raises her voice fights back and denies the obvious. Not taking an accountability for her work, which is poor and denies denies denies for charging me a cat eye, and I did not get the result paper. It is extremely upsetting and I don't care how cheap this place is. I will never come back. read more

Tammy , Alex and staff were great! Definitely coming back but will be asking to add a pedicure next time. They were attentive and listened to what I liked instead of doing whatever they wanted. They did a deep French with high sides, hard gel over natural nails for $70. This included my hands getting soaked, cuticle removed and lotion rub on my hands. I went in for a gel pedicure and left very satisfied! Mai was so gentle and thorough with my service. I appreciate how they had clean implements/tools for every new person who walked in as the FV location uses one file on multiple clients and rushes service. Sometimes when I leave other nail salons, my nails can tens to feel pain due to roughness from the service or over cutting of cuticles/nail bed. I left here feeling fresh and polished pain-free! Everyone here is overall very friendly and this place accepts cash and card as well! Just be wary as parking lot is a bit narrow and small. I absolutely love my nail ladies at Pro Nails, but unfortunately, my recent experience with the new manager was extremely disappointing. First, I called ahead because I KNOW how quickly this salon gets busy and wanted to make sure my friend and I could be seen together. When I called, the manager told me that I did not need an appointment and essentially made it seem like I was wrong for even asking. So, guess what happened when we walked in? They were completely slammed, and my friend and I couldn't even sit together. LOL. What made the situation worse was that he continued accepting walk-ins while the salon was already overwhelmed, telling people it would only be a "10-minute wait" when it was realistically closer to 30 minutes or more. Meanwhile, people who actually had appointments were waiting 30+ minutes because additional customers kept being taken. He also complained at least 7+ times about how busy they were and how he "didn't even have a chair to sit in," despite spending a large portion of the time sitting around and not helping the staff. He was also repeatedly walking outside to vape while the salon was struggling. On top of that, I heard him casually using profanity while speaking around young girls, which was completely unprofessional. One of the worst parts was watching him be rude and dismissive toward customers who were waiting for their appointments, as well as people calling the salon. There was also an issue where a woman came in for an appointment she had specifically booked with my nail tech. The manager told her that he had already informed my nail tech that she had an appointment, but that my nail tech continued taking me anyway. Even though HE was actually the one who told my nail tech to take me. Watching him shift the blame onto her rather than taking responsibility was incredibly frustrating. I genuinely feel bad for the staff because the ladies here are wonderful and I have always loved coming to Pro Nails. But this new manager has completely changed the atmosphere of the salon. The constant complaining, poor communication, rude attitude, overbooking, and lack of professionalism made what should have been a relaxing experience incredibly stressful. I really hope the owner takes these concerns seriously because the staff deserve better leadership, and loyal customers deserve better treatment. I love my nail ladies, but this management needs to change ASAP. read more

The manager was only available on one specific day to fix the nails, and unfortunately I was unavailable that day. Instead of trying to accommodate me or work with my schedule, they were completely inflexible. Not only did they refuse to work with me, but they also made me feel unappreciated as a long-time customer. After five years of loyalty, I expected much better customer service. However, the lady who did my hands cut one of my fingers to the point of bleeding and left a shallow cut on another while filing my side walls. The other side walls are all quite sore as she filed them all pretty far. The hard gel on at least one of my nails did not go to the end of my nail bed and I pointed this out (it looked like the filing had actually grooved down past where the hard gel had been and into my natural nail on top). She kept saying "it's fine. I'll just add more of the other gel later." I asked if it would grow out wonky or lift and she said "no, it'll be fine." She ended up added builder gel to that specific nail and then gobbed on the color gel pretty thick at the base of that nail. From far away they look cute but if I look closely the quality just isn't great. When I paid, the lady charging me asked "you don't want to leave a tip for your techs?" So I explained again what had happened to her and said I'd happily leave one for the lady who did my pedicure but not for my nails and as I really was not happy with how they turned out. She gave me the Venmo of the pedicure lady and said she was sorry and would talk to the other girl. Over all I felt everyone was quite dismissive as I expressed to both the lady while she was doing my hands and the one ringing me up that I wasn't with them but no one interested in doing much to fix it.

One of the other nail techs even say "oh feel free to charge her whatever you want" to what my nail tech said "yeah I'm gonna charge her $7 extra". They didn't know I was fluent in Vietnamese. I didn't say anything because I wanted to continue to hear what they had to say about me. They also asked me where I was from and if I lived in the area. I am assuming that they're asking this to gauge what my ethnicity is. Also, they kept bringing up the fact that I was late. If me being late was such an issue, why say that it was okay for me to come and that they are ready for me? At the end of the conversation, I asked what the charges for and they said the $7 was for callous remover. I just took it as that and didn't call them out on it. Right before I left, I told them in Vietnamese that if they were going to talk shit, make sure I wasn't Vietnamese and that people don't understand them. Their shocked faces made the whole experience worth it tbh. In short, these people are probably going to talk shit about you the whole time.

i just got my nails done today for the blackpink concert and i absolutely love it! Kevin was my nail tech, and he's so sweet and detail oriented. Kevin shaped and cleaned up my nails so well. i am very happy with the results. i recommend him to everyone who comes.
