I wanted to splurge a bit before having my baby and booked a gel pedicure and hard gel for my nails. The lady who did my pedicure did a nice job and I was happy with how they turned out. However, the lady who did my hands cut one of my fingers to the point of bleeding and left a shallow cut on another while filing my side walls. The other side walls are all quite sore as she filed them all pretty far. The hard gel on at least one of my nails did not go to the end of my nail bed and I pointed this out (it looked like the filing had actually grooved down past where the hard gel had been and into my natural nail on top). She kept saying "it's fine. I'll just add more of the other gel later." I asked if it would grow out wonky or lift and she said "no, it'll be fine." She ended up added builder gel to that specific nail and then gobbed on the color gel pretty thick at the base of that nail. From far away they look cute but if I look closely the quality just isn't great. When I paid, the lady charging me asked "you don't want to leave a tip for your techs?" So I explained again what had happened to her and said I'd happily leave one for the lady who did my pedicure but not for my nails and as I really was not happy with how they turned out. She gave me the Venmo of the pedicure lady and said she was sorry and would talk to the other girl. Over all I felt everyone was quite dismissive as I expressed to both the lady while she was doing my hands and the one ringing me up that I wasn't with them but no one interested in doing much to fix it. read more

I walked into the salon and asked if they had any availability today for a pedicure just now. Women start making weird grunting sounds and she rolled Her eyes , started typing on the computer. I thought she was looking to see the schedule. Waited about three minutes and then asked again. And then she goes 1230 mind you it was 1225 so I said OK so you could see me at 12:30 and she replies no we busy and I could just tell by her attitude and her lack of responsiveness that she clearly just didn't want to service me. I found it very rude and disrespectful. I only give this place two stars because of the location, but to be honest, I would rather go somewhere else than be treated that way. read more

If you're a person of color, be aware: my experience here felt racially biased from the moment I walked in. Don't waste your time when there are plenty of better, higher-quality nail salons within a stone's throw. I gave this place a chance because I could walk there from my house, but next time I'll happily drive a few minutes to Ritz by Target. I booked an appointment ahead of time, only to show up and be told they were running behind with no real communication beyond "10 minutes." I work in healthcare, I know what running behind looks like. This wasn't that. I had to ask which colors to choose from, I had to ask about add-ons, I had to ask about pricing. The only thing I actually got "help" with was picking a gel color, and the person just left it smeared on my nails with no tissue or removal. So I sat there with polish all over my fingertips for 20 minutes. I even planned to add an extended massage and spend over $150 before tip. After sitting there for 25 minutes, I turned around and saw a woman and her daughter who walked in long after me already being helped. At that point, the picture was pretty clear. If you're brown, take your money elsewhere. There are plenty of places nearby that are cheaper, friendlier, and know what real customer service looks like. When I said I'd just come back another time, they couldn't have cared less. Their loss. They could've had a loyal monthly client, but I guess I didn't fit their preferred demographic. My money spends the same as anyone else's, and other salons have no problem treating me with basic respect. I'm not wasting my time on businesses with no professionalism, no communication, and no understanding of how to conduct even the simplest service. read more

Emma is the sweetest & does such amazing nails. She's nice & fast & I love coming here for my pedicures. The hydrating pedicure truly transforms me! I love the vibe here, always so relaxing & the best nails every time! I also love the color selection.
