From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The office was bright and modern, the waiting room was spacious, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. After being shown to the examination room, I waited only a short time before Dr. Pham came in. She introduced herself and asked how she could help me. I explained my concerns, and she performed a thorough upper-body skin examination. Dr. Pham not only addressed all of my concerns, but she also noticed a few things that I hadn't even been aware of. I left the office feeling very pleased and confident that she genuinely cared about my well-being, even though it was my first visit with her. While I liked my previous dermatologist and would have continued seeing him, I often felt that some of my concerns were not taken as seriously especially after going there for well over a decade.
