Dr. Song and Jasmine are great. Unfortunately the office staff is horrible! They do not communicate properly with patients regarding referrals and appointments. Twice they have cancelled our appointments with short notice due to their lack of updating referrals. I have tried to reach out to the doctor to let her know, but the receptionist says she's unavailable. So Dr. Song, I want you to know that the office staff is a reflection of your business. They are unprofessional and many times I have witnessed them not answering the phone while they chat with one another! I have tried to make an appointment for the last couple of days. No one answers their phone. You are placed on hold for at least 10 minutes. Even when I call back, I am placed on hold. As a new patient, this is not a good sign. I will be letting my primary physician know to never refer this location or doctor. The office must be really busy if they cannot answer the phone. Had a biopsy done on my three moles. One on face, neck and chest. First they didnt numb me enough so I felt them cutting into my skin for my neck and face. Neck bruised due to the pain. Had the stitches removed from neck and face within a week. However my chest incisions will be removed soon. I've had a problem with my chest incision where my skin was growing over the stitches and one is sinking and cutting into my skin to the point that one is bleeding. I've sent a picture and have told them my concerns but they said its a normal process. ​I dont think its a normal process of healing. read more

I don't usually write reviews on yelp, but I really enjoyed my visit to with PA Jasmine. She patiently answered the thousands of questions I asked despite a seemingly busy clinic. She was warm and I felt like she really heard me out when I expressed my concerns. She gave me a treatment plan and thoroughly went over potential side effects before we moved forward and gave me alternatives as well. She said I may potentially need 3 treatments, but my skin issue resolved after one treatment. Otherwise, I would feel more than comfortable returning to this clinic. This is one of the worst places for care. The staff is extremely rude. The PA that works there made a diagnosis before doing a biopsy and was totally wrong. She was going to do the biopsy in the wrong area I corrected her. i felt they were impersonal, not even asking how I felt. There were a lot of staff members walking in and out of the room making the procedure uncomfortable. I was told results would be back in a few days but I didn't get results until after a mont and I had to call and ask for the results. Be aware of an unpleasant experience here. read more

Very bad experience, My insurance clearly showed that a visit to the specialist is $8, but the front desk charged me $25 and asked me cash. When I asked for a receipt, they didn't give it to me. Second, The doctor's assistant prescribed three medications, two of which will be sent to my pharmacy, and the other one will be sent to a special pharmacy, but my pharmacy did not receive the prescription. The special pharmacy replied that they would not make the medicine. so I called VERA Dermatology clinic, but no one answered. Later, I called the same boss of the urology department next door, and they I was transferred to the dermatology clinic, Someone answered the phone and said it was break time and asked me to call again in an hour. I said I was at the pharmacy. Do I need to wait for an hour? they replied that the medicine had been sent to my pharmacy, but my pharmacy only received a prescription for one medicine. So I went back to the clinic, and the Doctor's assistant helped me resend the three medicines, finally there were sent to my pharmacy. So I wast my whole afternoon! The next day I looked at my insurance card carefully. It is clearly showed $8 to visit a specialist. I called the front desk that why charged me $25? She said she didn't know. She said she could refund me $17 and let me go to his clinic to get it. I offered him my zelle and she said she couldn't zelle because it was cash. I said it was your mistake and you should give it to me instead of wasting my time to get it from you. You should be responsible and convenient to patient, You don't use the convenient method, but you ask me that wasting my time!Isn't my time valuable?
