When I called them they said it could likely be fixed within 30 days because the parts were readily available. I was happy to hear that because my insurance company only covers 30 days of a rental car. But the job ended up taking 37 days which cost me $380 in excess rental car payments. Why did it take 37 days? Terry said his team made a mistake and didn't see the broken light when they took the car apart. And when they did finally realize the light was broken and ordered a replacement, the whole process took 37 days. I asked Terry for a refund of the $380 because it was his own team's oversight. He said NO. He won't give me a dollar. What kind of place is this that admits to making an error but insists on customer paying the costs of their error? AVOID!!

As an "elderly" woman who knows nothing about cars, I am always wary of being taken advantage of by people in the vehicle business, but at this body shop I have enjoyed only a caring and trustworthy experience. And besides all that, after a fender bender, my car looks great due to their workmanship.

Call another vendor, go on eBay or ask me if it's okay to get the glass from a junk yard. Think a little! Now I have to hear those SL commercials knowing they're not true. Absolutely zero effort was put into keeping the promise made to me. I am incredibly disappointed & probably stuck without a replacement due to half the country being on vacation this week. Whatever happened I had damage to my hood and other areas. As well as glass in the interior and adhesive all over my paint and my new windshield was covered in it as well. The glass was even flying out of my vents! He did not clean up after himself. I noticed there was a checklist with my invoice and he didn't even obey that part of his job. I ended up having to get my car professionally detailed to clean up all the glass as well as adhesive. I also had to go to a collision center to get a quote on the damages that were left to my hood and other areas. I was quoted over 1,000 in damages!
